  1. Yeh good point. I'll get in touch with them, thanks for the advice. Gutted about the dog, It's only mild but it means he is going to be restricted to 1 hour of exercise a day, we'll walk him on the lead to the beach and let him swim loads there to burn off energy but he's not going to thank us for it, all; he wants to do is hunt. The vets want him to be on anti inflammatories for life ffs The complete tripe has fish oils etc in it which is one reason I am going to try it but to be honest I'm not sure any change in diet will make loads of difference now.

  5. They wont be around soon lol
  6. No mate, lambing now. I thought it was closer to spring. Cheers It depends what market the lambs are destined for spring lamb, summer lamb etc: Most lambs born now are in big polytunnels or atcost type buildings where they are protected from the elements. TC Thanks mate, plenty of pregnant ewes about but I just saw a single lamb a couple of weeks ago and thought it seemed strange. They'll all outside but it's fairly mild here. I'm sure when I used to drive about in Cheshire we always saw them in late Feb

  8. A picture says a thousand words
  9. By the way I've seen at least one maybe two lambs in the last few weeks? Isn't that a bit odd?
  10. The CIA have many ways to cause him trouble, look at that bullsh*t dossier that was released. It was in circulation for many months and even the biased press didn't touch it because it lacked credibility and then someone within the 'intelligence' community leaked it to give it weight. Not a word in it can be corroborated or verified. Anyway he sure didn't tone his message down at all, I was blown away by his speech although I will probably watch it in full again when I get some time. One thing is for sure we are living in very interesting times, this will lead to massive changes across

  12. That is amazing, I would never have guessed.
  13. A top film, brilliant ending and an amazing song
  14. Probably the best advice on this forum....never scrimp on bog roll!!
  15. So after the umpteenth vets visit for my dog I got the lowdown on his x-rays etc and we got talking about castration which I didn't want to have for my lab, I don't believe it will change the temperament of a middle aged dog and more likely lead to other problems especially as mine likes the odd scrap especially kicking the crap out of male spaniels So I asked the nurse if dogs can have vasectomies since we are looking for a bitch cocker soon. It's not common for dogs apparently but then she went on.....in glorious detail Apparently it is common for some rams to have vasectomies because t
  16. Or yellow lines providing residents can have permits.....that would be win win
  17. That's the one I've ordered next. My dog's sh*t was less firm compared to the Iams I had to feed him when he had to go off the raw. If this is better (and it's cheaper!) I'm going to bring him back on to the raw again mixed in with the complete tripe as I think we've found a supplier here. Poor lad has mild arthritis now so I need to think about anything to supplement his diet to help if that's even possible. For such a healthy looking dog it's shocking that he has it at 7 although in he's much healthier than me and technically he's older than me in dog years
  18. Think he's 44 or 45. Wasn't there a cricketer who tried to become a boxer as well? Freddie Flintoff Fair play to him he gave it an effort, have to respect anyone who will step in the ring and go a few rounds. Yeh I totally agree he deserves the respect, I also think Gnasher is spot on though, become a fighter is not just about being an athlete.
