The guy is a sociopath, meaning he probably cannot feel remorse or guilt. He probably does feel fear though. The thing is we all want him to suffer but I doubt he will suffer the way we want i.e.e be wracked with guilt and live his mistakes every day of his life. Best bet would be to turn these feckers into dog food,save the money feeding him and then everyone can move on to worry about other things.

There are other factors that also come in to play such as culture which animals don't share. Islamic culture is very stiffling and doesn't promote free thinking. I know this isn't nice for the more liberal to hear but I work with these people and they just don't seem to be able to think around a problem or diagnose it. Now this is probably 'nurture'. I think bad nurture can do more damage than bad nature. Someone doesn't have to be a rocket scientist to do a job well provide they work hard as I tell my Lazy but reasonably bright daughter.

How true although I'd be quite pleased with 2 or 3 days per month! It seems that modern women these days can't cook, are dirtier than the average batchelor and are lazy as sin! Both my brothers wives are the same. I spend my time off cooking, cleaning and hoovering as I can't stand to live in such a sh*thole.

depends whether you're talking about good breeding or good upbringing. This is what Psychologists call the nature versus nurture debate. While good breeding might be beneficial certainly physically (i.e. athletes) and possibly intellectually, good upbringing sure counts for a hell of a lot. That means that someone can come from 'bad' stock grow up to not be particularly clever nor a fantastic athlete but a GOOD person. I didn't notice that I assumed they all had the bolts. I just had a quick look on the internet and I think quite a few of them come with straps. Shouoldn't have to pay more than a tenner i recon. Think I'll be dusting off my own rust bucket soon now its less baltic

you'd normally fit a crud catcher for the front. There should be two bolts underneeth the bottom tube which u fit one to it.

ironically poison probably started getting used more because they couldn't use dogs. How many farmers want to stay up all night waiting with a rifle, I'm sure they've got better things to do. I'd love to know how these sort of people think their 'free range' food is going to survive without some kind of pest control.

All you can do is wait to see the stats after a year or so. I have freinds from the states and the ones who live in rural areas have a point, the cops wont get to you for ages if you've been broken in to or attacked. On the other hand you could argue that any about of time is too much if you have intruders. Walking around the street with a loaded weapon is a step further, maybe they have alot of trouble with street robberies not sure if I'd want that myself. As with everything dogs/guns/cars etc it's all about the individual. good people are good and sh*t people are sh*t.

On a slightly different note could a staffie be that dangerous to a fully grown man? The ones I know don't seem big enough, or are they being bundled in with the bigger and more powerful dogs?

As I've learned in my short period of dog ownership 'there are no bad dogs just bad owners'. I'm sure there are the occasional exception to the rule but it seems to me that if bad people are attracted to a certain breed the breed get the bad rep of their owners by default. Also there are dog owners that are too sensitive, again in my short experience I learned thAT I wasn't helping my dog when he was being challenged by keeping him on the lead as it tied his hands behind his back. I now let him off the lead and let him figure it out himself. This has made the world of difference to his co

An interesting perspective Death by dog 2.3 per year Death by Horse 10 per year Pit bull 8th most likely to bite and injure a person below Boarder Collie! If you get to the end they have an interesting conclusion on why there is so much focus on why the government are wanting more control on so called 'dangerous' dogs. Police wont do anything until after something serious happens you'd be mad to think reporting this will do any good. Use your common sense and trust your instincts, if he genuinly looks or behaves dangerous in your opinion then I'd avoid him but if you want to take the chance have something you could use to defend yourself with. Avoidance is the best tactic and he does sound a bit wierd if you ask me.

What he really means is that his life is ok so screw everyone else. I doubt this person has kids that he/she has to worry about whether they'll ever get a decent job or be able to afford a home or even afford kids.
