The first might be the deepest cut but marriage is death by a thousand cuts

What the hell are you talking about? The Iranian Parliment starts every meeting by chanting "Death to America". There's a reason for that. We're seen as the aggressors and rightly so. Britain and Russia Invaded Iran in 1946, then there was a coup by Britain and the USA in 1953. After the 1979 revolution we aided Iraq's war against Iran and ever since we've had sanctions etc on Iran....why would they not hate us?

The reason they are calling for action is because this is a Proxy war with Iran. Syria is a sunny majority but ruled by Shia (same as Iran). This has absolutely feck all to do with anything else. Saudis are providing training to Al Quada affiliated groups and all the anti tank weapons you see destroying T-72s and T-90s are coming in from Saudi. The yanks have also had CIA types in Turkey and have been helping the weapons get over the border for ages now. The odds that Assad would sign his own death warrant by using chemical weapons are next to zero in my opinion and there is a lot of evide

I cunningly came up with my actual name and the initial of my surname. Cleaver eh

Or because it never happened. I was OK with taking action at the beginning. But at this point I have to agree with staying out of it. Lets just let the chips fall were they may. Yeh exactly I'm not ok with it at all, I wasn't ok with Libya either although that might be due to the fact that I was working there at the time Iraq is a different matter, forget about terrorists or any other crap, we needed to change the dynamic in the middle east for our own strategic and economical gains without a doubt so we went in, kicked ass and now British and US oil companies are drilli

I'm not sure about wrong but it's a bit short sighted. Being 68 years old when your wife is only 43 is likely to lead to all kinds of relationship problems, is she going to want to spend her middle years looking after someone who is in their 70s and wants to take life easy?

My views are that there is no fecking way Assad would have been stupid enough to use chemical weapons and invite the west in to attacking him. Al Quadi over run a chemical weapons factory not long ago and also in Turkey a flat was raided where they found some....of course it never gets in our news because it doesn't fit to the propaganda we are being fed.

Funny how the richer people are the more problems they seem to have. Money doesn't buy you happiness but it does get you a better class of misery

Maybe the problem is people aren't used to cooking seasonal food anymore? This is something we are trying to do although not very well. If you buy the veg etc when it's in season it's not that expensive but too many people are used to having any kind of fruit or veg at any time of the year.

Very cunning

Hilarious Mines the same if I open the cupboard door where the pooh bags are he thinks he's going out. Unfortunately for him we store a lot more than poo bags in there. We say things like "I'm going to take the dog for his You know what " he also figured out what 'round the block' means so we can't use that one any more.

I think this calls for one of these...

I'd risk it

I suppose blaming your wife's vagina for your throat cancer, in public, is never a good idea

I stole that from Grim up north, just wanted to be the first person to use it after him

Well the problem with both Jamie Olivers statement and this post in general is that people see it as a bash the poor or bash the people on the dole. Only a total twat would say they've got it easy but the point he was trying to make is that people should get their priorities straight and my point is that we shouldn't wait for the food industry/government make life easier for any of us. Lets face it they couldn't give a rats arse if our kids start showing signs of diabetes at the age of 12 otherwise they'd have already done something about it. There's no way I would feed my kids package foo
