    I laid on simulated coursing for both lurchers and terriers at my show in lambourn,berkshire,(Muzzles are a must!) which was very popular and will do so at all the other shows i have.

    yea until some kid gets shot by bullets flying around.im not saying the uk is perfect by any means,the laws are a joke in some cases,but adopting the gun laws of the usa.and the guy wasnt in his house,which me thinks he went out armed, im from Hungerford,i was in the town when the massacre was going on. kids and people are already being shot daily in this country as it is. FACT!

    No. Dogs have a different legal status to cats. The owners of dogs are liable for the actions of their animals. Look on the bright side; you do not have to stop or report a road traffic accident involving a cat - unlike dogs. Goose and Gander come to mind. should have my firearms officer call in soon,i will ask him as Topper must be pulling one off?? :sick:

    You say that it has been proven in court, can you post a link or reference to qualify that statement please? I'm afraid as previously stated, you are wrong. Cats are classified as property, and their owners are not legally responsible for their actions. As for checking each cat you think is feral; it is not a legal requirement, but is 'best practice' and has been used in court.     Utter RUBBISH! Now don't get me wrong; I'm no cat fan and think the law is stupid..................... BUT: Cats are property, and the owners cannot be held liable for the actions of their property in law. FACT. A feral cat is one which is no longer owned by anyone (not just wandering away from it's owners property), and before it is humanely destroyed, you MUST be able to prove that it is genuinely feral.     My stag do- boys arrived at 9am,my brother enquired if i had any beer at home,i said know but the mrs opened up i had a stack by my gun cabinet 4-5 cans later we depart for paintballing but welsh hound and andrew mark from here want to call in tescos on the way and but a litre of vodca plus numerous cans of stella.. by the time paint balling was over,welsh hound had forced the bottle of vodca down my neck plus a few stellas. on the way home we called in a pub and had 3-4 pints each. plan was to go home to clean up,cant remember if we did but we done a crawl of 4 pubs,having a few in each
