Well i watched "modern man" and his mates in action last week...teaching his toddler son to shout f**k off, they then went on the ask the child what he did with wimmin...f**kem was the reply!!! all in front of his silly giggling mother. What chance has the public got with kids brought up like this, let alone the poor innocent child itself. I realy feel for good parents , it must be a nightmare trying to keep your children children these days.

Cheers for the above posts it makes things a lot clearer. I was just worried that it may be the wrong thing to do full stop. I gather from it that nothing is cut and dried and whatever happens...in the end just happens. But by being selective i am hopefully/more likely to produce something like the type of dog i want. More so than if i picked a dog just because it was a spaniel. I did have my eye on another unrelated dog, who it turned out, lacked stamina and although a physically strong dog himself, he didn't pass this trait onto his pups. 15 Pups SJM there are somethings i don't need

I have a spaniel which is the result of an accidental brother/sister mating. I wish to breed from this bitch, but have struggled in finding what i want in a sire. I have seen a dog i like, but the dogs sire is the same sire (different dam) as my bitch. Does anyone have any experience or knowledge they can share with this type of mating.

With regard to puppy/training classes they may not be the solution. I know a dog that behaves perfectly for its owner in puppy classes, but when out and about, its a totaly different matter. This dogs problem is the situation it's in with other dogs rather than just other dogs. The owner has made this worse by avoiding other dogs. As skycat said put the dog in the situation it doesn't like as often as you can.

Didn't you know its illegal to long net and shoot computers ...punishable by 5 years in jail the only legal method for taking computers is with a big hammer and you must only take them from behind so that they or any of there peripherals cannot see the end is nigh...obviously your taking out the old and those classed as vermin ....just don't write of it on open forums. If you eat nothing you loose weight. if you do more exercise than usual you will loose weight...if your slim and stop exercising, you put on weight...if your slim do more exercise you might have to eat to keep your weight. If your overweight you need to eat less and take more exercise. Simple as that.

2 half cross collies hide under tables or in cupboards...one shakes and looks at the ceiling like its about to fall in. Three quarter greyhound collie barks and growls. I'd have to go outside, i can't stand to much heat...Do you run any radiator's of it...i had three + a red hot poker towel rail off the woodburner. I ended up washing/shaving etc in the beck in winter as the pipe would freeze up in the field, Looking good in blue thermals and black wellies -
