hw100 need help
Marksman replied to ulverston moocher's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
It does sound as though theres dirt or a seal gone in the filling valve Empty the cylinder totally then give it pulse blasts when you fill it, this might dislodge the dirt, if it doesnt then I fear it may be a seal BTW have you seen the new lightened custom cylinders??? http://www.thehuntin...inium-cylinder/ ;) Darryl -

Estimations and small tests are saying double the shot count of standard cylinder, but this will depend on the rifle power and pellet weight Darryl -

Relum Tornado spring advice?
Marksman replied to comanche's topic in Rifle Reviews, Technical Help and Tips
nowt wrong with that mate I refurbed one not so long ago and it's pushing out around the 10ftlbs mark, good rifles the old swamp donkeys, it was my first rifle when I was a young'un!! Darryl -
as Fry said, it's a personal choice..... Just cos a Daystate costs over a grand new on average doesnt make them any more accurate than an HW100 or AA S410, most PCP's these days will out shoot the shooter on accuracy so for me it's the guy behind the rifle that needs to do his part as a working rifle will always do it's part. I had a BSA S10 of which I had phenominal results and only got the 2 HW100's cos they were bargains and I always wanted one. So.... get out there and try a few rifles to the shoulder and see what suits you! Darryl

Cheers Davy..... We do try..... Lol Darryl

Here we have the new and improved customised quickfill aluminium cylinders by A & M Custom Gunsmiths for the Weihrauch HW100 series. They have been improved in design being made from one piece billet aluminium allowing for more airspace giving a higher shot count. Also mimicking the original HW cylinder it is fitted with an onboard accurate pressure gauge. Both myself and wor kid done some testing over the last weekend and in .22cal on a 200bar fill we returned a healthy 110 shots with 120bar left in the cylinder so we're estimating around the 200 shot mark as it starts coming off the

me n wor kid went to one of our permissions last night where the owner said she was plagued with rats again, so off we went about 22:00hrs to see what was about. We hadnt been for a while as there wasnt much need for our services but when you get a call to go we did just that! Arriving at 22:30hrs and we met her outside the stables. She explained to us where she'd seen them and after a good 15-20min banter she left us to it. We used the stables to check our zero which is very handy as theyre exactly 35yds long and out of the wind so it suits both me and wor kid fine. Both zeros set we had a
