  3. The way i go about it is do the range finding work during the day, get a mental note of the distance and away you go, it's the only way or buy a good range finder with led-disp, i keep thinking of one but then i think why when my way is working for me.

  5. I think you are better looking for one of the shims that as moved, thus blocking part of the tube, i can come and look at it if you want, you should be able to see if the shim as moved
  6. I have a lens spanner if you want to check it, only in gt-harwood [bANNED TEXT] are you sure your tube ain't moved? your pm box is full
  7. D760 is a dedicated scope he is looking for a mono thats why i did not count inc scopes, but yes you are right if you got the pennies a D760 could be used for spotting, as for prices Envis=£600-1600, 3x mil-spec lens £170 ish, Pvs14=£2100-3000. The enivs with 3x lens will work just as well as the 14 http://www.nightoptics.com/no/product/NO-NS-760-3AGM.htm this 760 would be very nice just like mine
  8. Pvs14/Envis with 3x lens and laser 300+ yards
  9. Camo you may belong to all the forums but a lot of people do not I can name 3 that you are on and asked the same question, all i am saying [bANNED TEXT] is they are giving you the correct info, there are only so many ways one can clean a laser
  10. shootingcharley can i just ask you how many forums are you gonna ask these same questions?? you are getting the correct info [bANNED TEXT] stop worrying we live and learn bud
  11. Nice tube them bud well worth the money, can't see this hanging around at that price
  12. I don't have any problems using add-ons, yes and my scope is very much forward but then again 90% of my shooting is at night so the 10% in day/dusk i can live with.
  13. Have a word (pm) with Geoff pestcontrol121 he may have something
  14. Yes you are right there about most gen1's being different the pulsar is stated as gen1+, as for why it was better the image was clearer i was not tying a rifle up to night only and the weight issue. All gen1's are crap without good ir a source, but it's like you say try before you buy if you can as for mine it use to sit on my hmr for rabbits out to 100 yards this i could not do with my mk410 plus then you have your line of sight because the mk410 sits so high above your bore, if you can't judge your dis at night this is a big problem.
  15. Well i have used both the mk410 and the add-on and money for money the pulsar will p*ss all over the 410 then check the weight of the 410, like a sack of spuds on ya rifle this gets very heavy which ever you go for you need a LASER to get the best out of any gen1 gear. As for good scopes try yours if not get the best AGS or nikko n-heater both of these work very good with add-ons i have tried many different scope but found these to be the best.
  16. Is it dedicated or add-on you can get a add-on for £300 then £120 for laser what scope do you have on it?.
