  1. Look at as many different units as poss before parting with your cash, i bet i know which you will buy if you want to look at some proper nv kit i am up Yorkshire every Friday night like i said see as much as you can first.
  2. Price list for ya [bANNED TEXT] Tube Price Inc Vat (£) 3RD GEN (D GRADE) 1669.99 3RD GEN (C GRADE) 2249.99 3RD GEN (B GRADE) 2499.99 3RD GEN (A GRADE) 2999.99 3RD FILMLESS (A++ GRADE) 6999.99
  3. Should of looked abit further bud
  4. You are better getting the N1000 then
  5. For what?? N2000 is more covert but less power
  6. Never come across a cheap ranger with red lcd readout if you find one please tell all
  7. Above or N2000AP you don't want too much ir with good gen3 just enough for eye-shine
  8. Well that depends, me i don't like having wire's hanging around so a N1000/2000 suits me fine.
  9. If you are going down the add-on route and you have the cash, Pvs 14 every day of the week, if you can find a Envis these are a good buy and cheaper than a 14.
  10. But can you clearly tell what your looking at? All you can see at that range is eye shine... Yes with ease but i use a Pvs14 wi 3x lens did use a Ranger for a while and it worked just fine for my foxing needs sounds like you got a duff one.
  11. Standard ranger with N1000 will get you out to 200 yards no problem.
  12. Tubed or digital?? budget would help also
  13. Speak to steve he as the best by along way spitfire would do you just fine if he as any. stevienicknacks
  14. Ye thats the one George, i still waiting to win the lotto before i can have one
  15. They are good if you are looking in dark rooms, i would sooner eat carrots, never used N/H 300ir but you won't go wrong with a N1000 no wires to get tangled in nice and small plenty of power.
  16. Both of the units i said will walk all over the N550 but then again alot more money. In the nv game you get what you pay for simple, try a pulsar gs 1v20 add-on with dsa and n1000 will get you out to 100yards on the hmr and it's cheap about £350 inc laser s/h
  17. Nice scope for a Hmr would be D760 gen3 or add-on Pvs14 but both of these are big bucks
  18. It's a time thing, just keep knocking and talking to the right guys and it will come, before you know it you will have more land than you can manage, try going further a field thats what i did R-Valley is bloody hard to get
  19. Or you could go the add-on route, this again will come down to budget, how far you want to shoot and so on, value for money it is hard to beat a Envis but if it's only closeish yards and below a Pulsar GS 1x20and DSA with N1000 will do the job.
