All's i know is this D760/480 came from the USA it ain't mine, as i don't use a d760/480 i will stick with me WASP so what the diff between the 480 and 760 then geoff? i know yanks do the 760 and the 480 is dedal apart from that ??

The nvmt gen2+ 3x50 is what it is and you can NOT change the lens, if wish to take other advise please do, the easiest way is to phone Thomas Jacks on 01789 264100 who will confirm what i have said. Yes you are right Pest sorry sako thought you had a 3x42

If it's just with the lamp you won't go wrong with a S&B 8x56 they are very good in low light as you know.

All it was with the S&B was the xhairs are not as clear as the AGS think it as something to do with the coating of the lens?? Cheaper scopes seem to work better with add-ons this Zeiss is good but not as clear as the AGS but it will do lol. As for not holding zero i have never lost zero as of yet with both AGS swat scopes 17hmr will put hole on hole and 22lr not much bigger. I only turn the mag up once i have found owt to shoot if un clear at 3 mag i may up it to 8 or so.

When it comes to scopes it's abit hit and miss tried S&B 8x56 not much cop, always wet back to my cheap AGS swats but last nite tried it on my zeiss 3x12x50 and must say it worked very well. Thanks for the info on the caller will look into one i think mines about ready for the scrap pile lol.

You need to join this forum theres loads of info and help + very good for nv stuff, If you tell geoff which nv mono you have he will sort the fitting for the laser. Nv meet a bit far yes but better knowing what to buy as you said it's gutting when you get it wrong, I drove 3.5 hours to pick up my last nv then 3.5 back home but these are the things you have to do to make sure you know what you are getting. I use both dedicated and add-on, with the add-on i sit the scope forward so much it is hard work shooting by day, but can be done this lets the add-on sit spot on for nite shooting which most of my time. The only down side to add-ons for me are the loss of light this is why you need a good laser but it will never be as clear as a dedicated scope, Also the risk of damaging the tube via recoil they say max cal .223 but there's loads who shoot bigger and there are very few that damage due to recoil but there's always that chance. A Good dedicated scope will let you shoot over 200yards with ease i

D480 should not loose it's zero unless you drop it or give it a good bang lol, You need to ask him when you ring him he can get them for you but like i said in pm you will pay top $$ for them but you get a warranty. Mine came with know warranty but it's brand new and was fully tested before i picked it up.

Ye your scope will work it just makes life better with side px Do you see image in nv adaptor exacttly like in day scope or does it have a colour to it.Will it have a good clear picture on all mag ranges.Yes you see what you see thru the scope, and yes like i say mine goes upto 12 and is spot on .
