  8. i can only say from my own experience which is minamol with the bull x but we crossed a bull over a track grey bitch, and you carnt burn her out, i've owned a bull myself in the past and ran him with the lurchers and he was always ahead when on the bike, even on a 8 mile 10 mile bike ride. i think its the case of finding the right bull no good those fat hippo's proper stuff you want, for example look at the state of the pic in charliehunter100 profile pic, imo no good to put over a greyhound its bred for colour size head nothing else, that aint a pit thats good because id realy prefer the t
  9. what cross has more chance of lasting to be a veteran,half or three quater bred.the three quater are more prone to injuries and wear and tear but do half crosses have the threat of becoming too heavy
  10. well, can only speak for us over here, but a lot of coursing dogs are monsters compared to track dogs, i always fancied the real thing in a cross like that, im in ireland myself,so the coursing hound for the height?

  19. im looking for a couple of cover dogs for hunting fox,any one have a litter of springer beagles around waterford?

  21. i have one and he hunts foxes ahright but he needs another good dog with him to help.i lost my best dog last year ,he was a pointer /whippet/bullx springer.i used to get a rake of foxes in the cover with them because they hunted as a team. the springer on his own is ahright but the other dog i had was way better,he was finding everything and the springer was only joining in,but hes still not bad but wouldnt touch my old dog. i reckon if you cross springers with terriers you get better dogs for foxes. The springers i have now are finding foxes much faster than the beagles,i know what you me
