    bunny tickler..have you had many bass this year ..we have not had many and nothing decent in size ..we have been fishing the straits with live eel

    we were on Anglesey fri/Saturday with live eel and struggled ...fishing this year has been hard even the mackerel are tiny

    I,ve never seen so many bumble bees....I know of about 10 nests ,all in bird boxes

    the mackerel are off north wales but are very small and patchy ...fished hard for them for about two hours and only had about 10 but they were tiny ....I reckon everything is about a month behind

    fished the menia straits last week and yesterday...it was hard .last week we managed two ,the tide was right so we could get the sandeel net out we had fresh live bait so after a few hours we had two this week wrong tides ...not brilliant bait ..they are not feeding on eels at the moment so with no crab we blanked even mackerel fishing was hard work

    i,m halfway through it ..its good usual darcy format ..well made, book packed with articles ,great pics...its worth buying. I,ll write a bit more when I have read it all

    I seen them many a time always on windy days not hovering as a kestrel would but flying into the wind at the same speed as the flow so not going any where

    I use Nikon and have also been down the sigma route...I have now seen the light and will only buy Nikon lenses .buy an older second hand lens if funds are short. I have a 300mm f4 ed lens and that is brilliant...old, heavy and built like a tank but takes fantastic sharp images.

    i recieved my carrier and its very well made and value for money just what i needed to have in my pocket on shoot days great to deal with ....recomended

    tope fishing in north wales ,it was mad more than 20 in a few hours ,we had two this size on at once...the kids were stood on the boat seata because they thought they were going to get bitten
