  6. Id agree with oxo, i havnt actually used any millitary ammo personally. But I have used PPU - Privi in the .308, very cheap at £40 per 100, the Brass was annealed and seemed good enough quality - Personally i use Winchester for the .204 and Lapua for the .308
  7. Ive just go a Third Eye Tactical Spartan, its fully stripable & beautifully engineered. With a retail at around £220 its sensibly priced in my opinion Check out here: http://ukvarminting....showtopic=10506

  11. Get whatever you like, but a .22lr with any round, but particularly subs, doesn't need a fortune of a mod on the end of it, a SAK at £30-35 is as good as any! I couldnt agree with Deker more, a SAK is more that adequate for a .22lr
  12. My first .22lr was a Ruger 10/22 Stainless Synthetic, some people seem to get on with them very well.... yes they are fun, for mine to work reliably i had to use HV ammo, which took the point of having a .22lr away for my situation. Saying that, there are people that really do love them and have no issues
  13. I will hopefully be picking up a Third Eye Tactical Spartan this week, by all accounts they are as effective as they look

  15. I had mine done with a 26" Heavy contour barrel, 1 in 10 twist. I only use the 39grn Sierra BlitzKing's which are excellent. I have got a box of Nosler 40grn heads but havnt tried them yet, to be honest the 39's shoot well enough
  16. So Sako, what twist rate are you going for?
  17. Now thats a kick in the balls!! To be honest i would be very surprised if the shop agreed to pay.... you will need to have that professionally repaired.
