  1. thanks mate, will have a look at that.
  2. Anyone know if this box works with any other collar, bellman maybey? as mine is playing up and giving totally incorrect readings, have changed the batteries in both box and collar and its still the same, Im hoping that its the collar and not the box thats playing up, failing that anyone know where I can get it looked at. Bought it on here through a bloke called Brian. Any help much appreciated. atb.
  3. Just bought a pair of these, it was the price that swung it, very comfortable boot, dont know how hardwearing they gonna be, will see what condition they in after a winter in the hills, boots dont seem to last very long up here, terrain too rough and wet.
  4. I dont even use benylin, table spoon of honey 3 x a day eases the cough and the dog fights off the rest in a few days.
  5. wtf! speak english mate, Ive no idea what your on about....
  6. You could try feeding him smaller portions more often, sounds like he just likes the choice bits out of his bowl as well, some fussy eaters learn that if they leave what they dont like they will get something better, personally Im of the opinion that if a dog gets hungry enough they will eat anything they given.
  7. A friend of mine of mated his bitch to its litter mate brother back in the early 90s and they got some decent dogs out of it, with no physical deformities, cant say how the line is now as not in touch with him anymore. Also know of another lad did the same thing and they got some right bow legged dogs, very game but seriously lacking in conformation and ability. My understanding is a brother to sister mating isnt linebreeding as some people are calling it, its inbreeding.
  8. People who drive way below the speed limit and hold all the traffic up. People who dont backfill after a dig. antis Vegans Bullies Nosey neighbours/busy bodies, curtain twitchers. People who move to the country then start trying to change how we do things here. The father inlaw People who say "thats just the sort of dog Im after shame hes so far away" People who post stuff saying "pre-ban "
  9. Just logs at the moment but once the colder weather starts like to use a mixture of both logs and coal, as if gives off a lot more heat.
  10. You did excactly what I would of done mate, good on you, as for the police f_ck them, unfortunately the majority of them are complete idiots and lack basic manners and common sense. ( just my experience anyway)
  11. Bit confused mate what do you mean when you say you brought the full litter off the man?
  12. Maybey she didnt do it, not be the 1st time someone has been wrongfully convicted of murder.
  13. Sounds like mites, had a bitch with similar problem, used to come an go. Tried all sorts and the vet was bloody useless. In the end I used permethrin cream its a treatment for scabies on humans, you can buy it on Internet or at chemist cleared it up within 2 weeks and I only used it on her once.
  14. Just curious mate, why would u want a pup to hopefully make an earthdog with chihuahua in it ffs, some people will breed any bloody thing. each to their own I suppose but personally wouldnt waste my time or kennel space with summat like that. atb
  15. hello mate, sorry bout the late response, gear I ordered arrived prompt, and as usual from u, excellent quality. atb.

  19. Large size dog furminators, good on most coat types, dont usually bother with grooming tools but use these myself and they are very good. £14 posted. atb
  20. Have got some of these for sale mate, and much cheaper than you will pay anywhere else, pm me if ur interested.
  21. People on here, slagging off treadmills sound like they have never used them and basically have no idea what there talking about, as usual when someone has something to say they jump in with there opinion based on nothing but assumption, treadmills used correctly with the right training programme and plenty of road work can get a dog in top physical condition, which a couple of daily walks on the lead doesnt even get close to. Just for the record i dont own one, but have owned/used them in the past.
  22. Do a search on here mate, this was a topic not long back and plenty pics went up.
  23. DOG IS NO LONGER FOR SALE Have managed to get a mate to take him on, so he gone on a free to a good working home . Good lad.
  24. Dont use one any more, but have done in the past and i found them to be a useful bit of kit if used correctly and in addition to plenty of road work. Got to watch u dont over work the dog on em especially if they keen to run them, another thing is your dog can get a bit muscle bound in the stifles, which depending on the type of dog and whats its being used for can either be a plus or a negative. just my experience of using one mate.
