hello i have young lakeland bitch that is 8 months old thats already showing interest in starting to work but im holding her back due to the young age.im not used to them starting that young,should i keep her back for another 6 months or should i let her see .worried it might spoil her

you might think it being unlucky having the missus out with you. but mine comes digging,lamping the lot. even chips in with the spade when i need a rest.lol. not a bad thing realy apart from having to lock the dogs up when im not there or she be out doing it herself.lol,,.

hes just being asshole bud,my vet tried giving me shit for having a pup which wasnt chipped as it was docked,i just said i picked it up in a pub and i didnt know who bred and docked her and i got away without having to chip her and still got the jabs,try using a different vet and feed em some bullshit,it works.lol.

would the grey had too much height? stupid question i know but im only used to terriers well what is they top height youre after mate..after all whipp/greys can vary in size. Atb Sniper something around the 23/24 inch,just want a small dog with plenty of heart Well you get a pup off a whipp/grey bitch to a pure bull sire then ya aint looking much more than 24 providing the whipp/grey is at maximum 24 inch.. a mate runs this cross rates them very highly for the lamping and daytime game. heard of them white ones but never seen one.we used to have a silver one with black streaks on the shoot when i was eight,it used to scare the shit out of me then,it looked like a wolf.lol.that fox was the first i ever shot and on my 10th birthday with a 410.

i agree with you there,im not a lover of them but they do the job well -
stick with the bitches bud i dont have any trouble with them together. i would wait to see how the border bitch turns out,no point getting another of the same age,as 8-10 years time you got 2 old dogs and needing another to take ther place,you end up with to many dogs, well thats just my opinion,but good luck with it any way,cheers

just got an invite today to go belgium for week to see a keeper mate of mine,going to have a go at some boar and hopefully have a dig or two

you dont need to go all the way over there fela, try and get some permision on estates, and by next year the ban will be droped anyway hopefully, it is a load of bolaks tho that you cant go to ya local farm anymore for a dig, theres no differnece between fesents and sheep lambs i got a fair bit of permission here on keepered estates and farms,just fed up with the country on a whole.
