Here's an idea, stop buying shit you don't need, strive to get off the grid as much as you can, stop artificially supporting continents populations with hand outs.......then people can have as many kids as they want ! I dont think that's right at all, as the OP rightly implies, if this had have been white girls beating a black girl them all the usual "hate crime"......"racially motivated".........."black lives matter" shit would have been national headlines but because it's blacks (yet again) doing what they routinely do on the streets of London it's just another horrible crime that will be forgotten as quickly as that..........and that's what pisses ordinary people off. I'm sure that they will leave no stone unturned, change the law, makes the girls mother a Queen, as her opinion on everything from quantum physics to motor racing, spend the next 27 years investigating. The president has urged police and civilians to just kill drug dealers.......they have small groups of civilians hit squads, lots of them women who are getting paid to do the job. Moving on. I have just been watching a thing called "the long march to freedom".......for anyone that don't know it's about when the Germans marched out the inmates of Stalag VIII B with an hours notice in -25 conditions and made them walk a 1000km to Germany.......they died like flies on that walk. I knew an old boy rather well who was in that camp (he would be 96 years old now), he did that walk......his best mate who he had gone through all those 5 years behind the wire with was killed just as they were finally liberated at the end of that march........ Yep normal service has been resumed !
