They have been in Germany for years, when I was a kid still living in London we had one land in our class in junior school. I don’t think it is mate, I study enough about football and players and coaching from academy to top tier to know that there isn’t just one way to play and obtain the type of results we have been getting……since the introduction of the UEFA coaching pathway the whole system is based around pro active football. Vets here don’t murder people on price, they are dealing with farmers most of the time and prices are reflected in that day to day realism they have to have. There’s a common travel area mate, you can travel feely between the UK and anywhere on the island or Ireland, to get on a flight you need a passport but there’s no checks the UK end. They do check your passport when you get back here, but it’s only a quick look and an “on you go” But very basic documents will get you on a ferry and in fact I’ve never been asked for ID to get on a ferry and have travelled the journey many times.
