I agree mate, however, as in previous conversations about this I think they are only going by the parameters set by government……. How many times in say the last 25 years has the government listened to reasonable, sane people about their grievances ? And yet the loons have consistently seemed to win over the same period be that antis, communities that foster criminal activity, rioters, communities that foster terrorism…..they all got listened to and millions spent on them, laws changed for them etc etc So no, I don’t approve but I do understand they are only playing by the rules

Sorry to be a bit dense mate, but how exactly are junkies needles getting in the food chain ?…… I used to see needles at loading bay entrances and around commercial bin in the city all the time, but I dont understand how they are getting in the food chain ?

I am embracing it, my favourite is to sit at the kitchen table and give absolute nonsense shit pearls of wisdom to my grown kids ! I like to finish off with telling everyone within earshot that “they don’t the meaning of hard work/pain/fighting/mountain climbing/flying the dam busters mission/being an astronaut/any given kind of suffering/hardship etc etc…” I can rest easy for the evening then !

Tragic that mate, but one of the great things about football is how it brings people together like that….sort of reaffirms your faith in humanity. Classy touch by your club that, fair play to them. That lad was one of the most dedicated and knowledgable football lads I have ever met, his son (who is also in that picture) is simply the best midfielder I have ever had the honour to play alongside….he could do everything, his football brain was 28 when he was 18. Was in at Tottenham youth but bad knees hindered him and it was what eventually ended his career. Eddie the cat !…..has probably had 10 pints the night before and still gos out and wins a final ! lol

Isn’t FA cup weekend a great reminder of just how much of a bucket of pointless shit VAR is !……it’s f***ing ruined the top flight game imho As you say, now days I’m sat watching Tilbury v Havering or something like that on YouTube Bunch of Amateurs is the best football programme on the telly imho I watch match of the day of course and I watch European games obviously……but I’d rather go a non league game than a top flight game any day of the week.

I agree, all “relatively” recent terms but the quality of technical coach education has moved on light years, they found good terms to convey meanings and it’s just filtered down……don’t blame me, blame that game when we got absolutely rinsed by Portugal with Louis Figo etc lol….and everyone started talking about the lack of technical ability in English football……hey presto, St Georges park, fifa badges…the whole lot. It’s no big deal lads, it just gives one recognisable title to things that everyone understands, it’s no different to: Man on Time Step up Turn Look up Space Terminology that works everywhere at every level for everyone. I home school my youngest, last few nights has been cooking. We don’t follow a “set curriculum” with tests and markers because his condition means he don’t learn in that way…..we just do life and we sprinkle everything in as we go along.
