She is looking good mate my bitch the same way bred isn't holding weight to well so im holding her back for a week or so to build her up.....she was getting it a little to hard. Don't wanna burn her out, she is still young We will have to have that run out [bANNED TEXT] your pup is ready Compare the running styles. If you want it to graft then get the thing fit........ If thats a recent pic then not having a go but he isnt as fit as he should be for the amount of graft your giving it.......and nowhere near fit enuff to be able to cope with that much work. Get it fit and it might do what you want. Witton

I just wear some old steel toe caps, walk miles in them.......now there broke in they are very comfy with 2 pairs of socks 2 pairs of trackies........and either a water proof jacket or a couple of fleeces or old hoodys. Depending on how cold it is or wet.....ect Dont need nothing special on when lamping been wearing the same stuff for years......since well before the ban old pic...... Witton

Its a good idea, when i started out i didn't know anyone that actually got out and did oat. I had to start out off my own back, you soon get contacts tho and it doesn't take long before you find a hunting partner. If you put your self out there you eventually meet like minded people Just got to get your self out there even if its on your own, when you learn for your self its slower but its the best way make your own mistakes....when you know what your doing and have your own gear you soon get invites....infact you can invite people out your self Witton

Thanks for taking the time to reply mate Thats a very nice looking dog And thats a very nice tally you have got going on fox and fallow especially for the dogs age All i do is lamp work really, so pre ban as long as the dog could bag fox, hares, rabbit and hopefully a thew deer on the lamp then id be very very happy I don't think there will ever be a true allrounder, well not a dog that is 100% specialized at every aspect of lurcher work. Its a thing of myth.....and in this day and age i cant see there being many people willing to put the amount of time and effort it to achieving it, I
