  1. I'll put Harewood down as a never again show. The location couldn't handle the traffic - moved 1 mile in 1 and a half hours, then after paying £8 to get in - there was very little there .
  2. wonder what his wife would make of that comment...supposed to be a debate about the terrier and you've just plunged it to a new level....you should be pleased with yourself. It's impossible to separate the so called Plummer terrier from DB Plummer himself. As for "plunging the debate to a new level" - I met the guy a few times, and thats how I found him, and he DID always seem to have a gang of teenage lads in his entourage FACT. Anyway, I'm sure old Brian would be glad we are still talking about him.
  3. I met Plummer on a few occasions, and to say "he didn't take himself seriously" is crap. He was so up himself it was untrue. I always thought it a tad weird the way he surrounded himself with teenage lads. Were you one of "Brians" boys Matti?
  4. :welcomeani: :welcomeani: :welcomeani: :welcomeani:
  5. I'll be there on Sunday, If anyone wants to come and say hello I may be hard to spot as I won't be wearing any cammo gear. Easy to spot though, I'll have a big lump of a Bedlington with me with scars all over his mush - won't be too many of those around.
  6. I came across this on the road between Tebay and Scotch Corner (A685/A66) dIfficult to scale from the pic, but was about 1 and a 1/2 feet long and quite heavily built. Could it be a wild Polecat? or maybe just a domestic ferret gone feral?
  7. Quite a few bunnies at Formby point, but it's a red Squirrel reserve.
  8. Loved one of the comments "squirrels feel no pain, it's a scientific fact"
  9. They aren't all white and fluffy these days...
  10. Seen that pic many times, I've got one here who doesn't look too much different to those.
  11. No complaints Johnny, just common sense, you cant be running around with a high hand saying things like" I'm closing this topic down" Then on the same day trying to stir up trouble and pouring petrol over a daft row that would soon burn itself out anyway. All the best with your new style of moderating that I'm sure you will now try to adopt and implement.
  12. Fantastic JohnGalway, a lot of words there in your defensive post, but contradictions all over the place. We are all entitled to believe in whatever religious and or political ideologies we want, and John, being a nationalist is a good thing weather a man is Irish, Scottish English or whatever BUT...you have set yourself up as a moderator on here, and moderators are there to keep the peace, not antagonise . In other words moderators should be moderate with their opinions and be careful not to take sides. That is all.
  13. David, no one likes a sore loser As Sounder has said, you're also talking shite Fook, someone talking shite on THL - THATS A FIRST.
  14. Fvcking hilarious. A bunch of fellas fom a country called Ireland, getting really so uptight about a game of FOOTBALL between a team from Scotland and one from Russia. More national Identity crisis's breaking out all over the place. At least that Wildfowler muppet had a tenuous excuse for his bitter outbursts - he lives in FIFE FFS. But Irish Lurcher form DUBLIN and site moderater Johngalway forom Galway we must presume jumping on the bandwagon and continuing to stir up trouble. Now Irish lurcher may have an excuse - he's probably a daft young lad and poorly educated, BUT JOHNGALWAY is a
  15. I'll put a messg on the working Bedlington forum for him Chris.
  16. Done. Good picture SJ, almost looks like its been done in copper, if you know what I mean. Some other cracking pics on there too - Mam Tor is just stunning the way he/she has captured it. But the majority seem to be landscapes of one kind or another, so the originality of your silhouette might swing it. Good luck.
  17. Aaaagh, never assume, for to ASSUME is to make an Ass Of U + Me Tis the black and tan marking I fear that have confused. Cracking pup, great feet lol, great BEDLINGTON markings. But what the fvck do I know, could be the Gordon Setter in him, or the Doberman ..........
  18. Just when the Mcanns were about to be crowned European hide and seek champions 2007/2008 Some Austrian b*****d comes out of the woodwork at the last minute and steals it.
  19. DOH! Sorry, ignore that, I just saw that he's only a pup.
  20. Mat, did the white Bedlington do anything on the dig?

  22. Ballyregan Bob was a different type of dog for a different distance altogether. Bob was awesome in his day - I'd love to erase 20 years and see him matched with Westmead Hawk. But Samba, your missing the point, Scurlogue Champ wasn't called "the peoples champ"for nothing. Was he a canine freak? or did he somehow plan it in his mind to race that way? - We will never know. The Champ and Bob did have a one off race - shown live on the BBC AT TEATIME it was so popular. Scurlogue Champ pulled up lame after 2 bends, and Bob won. BUT... Ballyregan Bobs trainer wouldn't let his dog near Scurlogue
