Sorry to insult your race, but my nans mate got mugged by a gypsie a while back, we know this because she recognised the face, he was poking around collecting scrap metal the night before. Also a farm near me had a trailor nicked, and it was found in a travellers camp near by, s that's the reason why travellers have a bad name. Right, i'v put a topic up before about my JRT being a sod, but that problem about her going for other dogs is nearly sorted. But now i have the problem with her Going absolught ape-shit at my ferrets. I took her feretting a while ago and she nearly mauled my ferret, luckily enough i was able to get to her before she had a chance. She tries to bit them and she barks and howls at them, she also growls at them and tries to get into the hutch to bite them. I've been told by a couple of people that there is no hope and she'll be like this for ever. Is there anything at all i can do to correct t

We'll leave our disputes to one side and i'll help you. I have the same problem with mine. The magazine won't come out. But i have to pull the cocking leaver out as far as it will possibly go and wiggle the mag. PM me if you can't fix it and i'll guide you through it. -

Ian, so am i wrong fence snaring rabbits? If this is right, the Government is f****d and these anti's need to be educated more. It's better a rabbit being hung which will be more then likely a quick death then snaring on the ground where the rabbit could be there for at the most 24 hours untill you next check it. I think the Government need to sort their selves out. -

I don't understand, it says you may not snare on fencelines for foxes or rabbits. When an ex copper saw me setting my snares on a fence, he came up to me and spoke to me about back in the day when he used to snare, he didn't say nothign about not being able to snare on fencelines. Is this just a practice? I am sure it's not a law. -
If you see it in your nans garden put a load of fox snares down mate, you'll soon get the sod.

it is yes, its last years hen bird that i raised because i found a brood that was empty next to a road with a dead hen on the road. so i put it in my mates incubater and when it was hatched and old enough released it in the field behind my nans garden, this year it has a brood of 3 but 1 died, now there is 1 cock bird, another hen and this one somewhere in the field. I bet your pleased knowing you have caused a wild brood mate. Nice one mate. There will be plenty more of hoping for wild broods after Sparsholt lol.

Typical anti, she can't structure a two sided argument. She's bee brain washed by her towny mates. It's qquite a laugh what she has put as a reply back to me on some of the things. I left a few witty comments on there, they might seem to come accross as nasty and vindictive but i'm not going to let someone offend me and my sport.

Just goes to re-inforce my point, something needs to be done about these scum. I am not a Lurcher lad my self but i respect the sport, a few lads i know are Lurcher men and i like going with them and their Lurchers and i would love my future kids to have the same oportunities.

I don't mind people sharing my permission. I have two foreign lads that the farmer gave permission to many years back, i don't like them, but there's nothing that you can do about it, it's the farmers land, therefore it's his decission. On the allotments it's only me that snares, shoots and ferrets it but i think i would rather another person share it too so we could take it in turns checking and resetting the snares. Plus i think it's good to share permission because you also may gain knowledge from them.
