    I will have a lurcher by my side till the day i die.I started when i was around 14 and now 19 self-entered as no one in my family hunts.But i managed to get out ferreting with a few older lads and from there i got hooked with lurcher's.Well done sir and hopefully many more for the rest of your season and next.     Well after getting cancelled on i headed out on my own.Got to the first field with nothing about so moved on up, Had a shine around and there was a rabbit about 50 yrds from the fence line the beddy/grey had seen it straight away so i slipped him on his way he put a couple of turns in and lifted it.Moved on to the next field with two sitting a few metres from the cover slipped the mutt on its way but the rabbit clamped in some ruff grass and the mutt ran meters past it but he came back around and with the lamp still on the squatter he soon found with another good run and nailed it on the fence

    Well this will be one of my last outings this season have a day organised with my uncle then i will be finished up.Going to head out local tonight for a few runs with the beddy/grey.Need to be up early in the morning on too finish so will be only out for a hour or two.
