  1. It's the name of a pub where I used to meet Bullcat when we mucked about with bulldogs, but unbeknownst to me, it's also a prime dogging site
  2. Don't you f*****g start as well
  3. http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/hampshire/5007400.stm
  4. I was a total innocent about the Grasshopper, but with Bullcat being a player I bet he knew exactly what the score was Yeah, the sky remark and the gay mardi gras took a while to live down
  5. No worries Ewok. We just don't want people getting hold of the wrong end of the stick in regards to air rifles on larger game. We have very strict calibre laws over here as to what you can and can't take.
  6. Your post was deleted by one of the moderating team as it was about something not only illegal but pretty daft too.
  7. That article you are on about mate was actually hunting in NSW with the bloke who owns Boardogs and a few of the old guard off there. That was a hell of an introduction to pig hunting! Bullcat, yes mate, I remember you being a "player" Steaminggutpiles....I'll send you a pm mate

  9. Yeah, if you end up in NSW then you'll have to head over the border and we'll get you on some pigs. You'll have to be prepared for some right stick off my mates over there though. As long as you give it back in equal measure they'll love you Those wombats smash the dogs up underground mate. They crush them against the ceiling of the tubes apparently
  10. I know any indiginous species are pretty much a no-no mate, except for roos but then not with dogs. The boys were shooting them and goats for dog meat when I was last over. Disturbed put up a good list a few days ago of what you can take, but I'm sure it contained a few that are frowned upon If you're getting terriers keep the buggers away from wombats I'm sure I'll find a good home for the dogs, although I've not had any joy so far. It's going to be hard leaving friends and family behind, but you only have one life and I can't wait for every bugger to die before I start living mine. I
  11. You getting a dog out there Jordan?
  12. You're doing well there mate. My girl was really soft mouthed on birds which she retrieved in a textbook manner, but rabbits....you could forget it! She even retrieved cubs
  13. It's a smashing looking dog that one and I'm sure it's going to be doing the business good and proper if he is anything like mine was
  14. you pay for the carriage mate and I'll bring em over
  15. Is wanking really going to help?
  16. I've seen a very old one longnetting and it was superb
  17. When I had mine really fit I was running 8 miles every other night with them and they'd accompany me on my pesty duties on weekend mornings for about 4-5 hours each time. I found a frisbee a good way to keep them in good nick and it helps with the retrieve training too. I used the flirt pole on the bulls too. I too used to do a bit of swimming wiht them, but one of them has a morbid fear of water so he just watched
  18. The other dogs are staying here mate. I am trying to find homes for them right now. They are knocking on a bit now so their working lives are pretty much in the autumn years. My mate has done me a repeat mating of his excellent pig dog over his "Aussie White" bitch so I'll have a dog to bring on when I get over there. Shame I can't take my Nell but I'm sure she'll find a nice place by someones fireside. Yeah, I am moving to Queensland mate. My oppo lives there and so does my fiances family. It's pretty close to where I've hunted in the past too so I'll be right for the pigs.
