If they want they can go through your whole iphone without you knowing or it leaving your pocket, same as Facebook they can look at what they want.....they can get a list of everything you've done on there from likes, messages an comments. Not to forget the location on your pics even if you've turnt off locations...

  12. Iv always been off the same thinking, but have tried different methods and got mixed results. Started training my back loads a while back and it got huge quickly then for a while I started doing stuff all over 3 or more times a week almost randomly...with rowing machine sprints in between. I struggled to put on size but I got fit as f**k and looked real good too, had people asking what I was taking to get in such good shape and I was completely clean not even any supps or shakes.   15. I like it, I didn't use them for years but this one seems to be ok. Maybe it's in my head but especially with cardio I'm a lot more focused. I'm going with the Mrs, probably right about no rest tho....?

  19. Yeh it's mad, tried it once! I used to use 1MR which was ok but this one now is nice an mild but I can still feel it.
  20. Might aswel get a pre made one would save you some time lol myprotein.com do a half decent one that doesn't blow ya tits off and no jittery come down either.

  22. Love doing squats but they hurt like hell the day after. Usually do 4 sets of 8-12 reps increasing weight each set I'm making up for lost time, would usually only do em once a week but as my foots better I'm doing em daily. Not gonna lie it's hard work but I love it....pushing myself hard!
  23. Iv started squatting every day, one heavy leg day a week but at least 3 or 4 sets of 8 per day. Not something I'v done before but fancy it....
