Bit more to it than that!! If what you say is true we could use a fat little staffy and get the same results as using a game bred tried and tested proper bull with great conformation, wind, athletic ability, complete lack of self preservation and most importantly of all the minerals.

What are you talking about???? I was making the point of people making opinions without knowing the dog. You don't need to tell me how crossing works and the percentages sunshine I know it.... He was trying to make out as though the 1/2 cross can't be of the right sort if you need to cross back into a bull. How can you make that statement without seeing the dog? Jerry is basically half Havoc half Reece bred, apart from his breeding he's a real good dog producing real good dogs, not just saying that as I used him over my bitch but Iv seen him work a fair few times now and dogs off him and all were good.

Jerrys sire is dick Townsends Chip a son of Havoc...but no Punch directly but if you know how Havocs bred then you'll know.

Word of advice, if you get the Dovre get em half a size bigger as had to send mine back to swap. Toes were up against the end in thin socks and always wear thick ones when out.

I used them for a season or two, done the trick! But vet wrap and a bit of electrical tape or inner tube does the same.

Want a smock but see everyone slating the RidgeLines for being too hot. A mate has one and likes it but he mainly digs and takes it off to dig just wears it blasting about on the quad etc. I rate all the other Deerhunter gear Iv got but wondered if anyone had one ? Look ok and a fair price. Cheers
