he is good on the lead , supprisingly not spooked by traffic etc , pulls a little but other than that he is fine , he hasnt really reacted to anthink we have come across so far

I had thought about the name change but last night it made no difference, last night , i have come to he conclusion he has to have a small amount of food often , that coupled with using his old name from late morning today he has been a different dog , he is now asleep in the crate with the door open , i couldnt have done that 24 hrs ago . he is responding to my husband better than me so he is quite keen to have as much hands on with him as possible

earlier this year when i took on the greyhound bitch she was perfect except for snatching food leftovers if there were any about , having a lad 14 dont help leaving plates etc & empty packets laying around, so i appealed to the board for some sugestions & one was to tap the dog with a rolled up news paper , i did this once & as i did it used the '' leave it'' command . it worked a treat & we havent looked back.
