Theres a thread on here about freeze branding , ears can be cut off & microchips removed so i think to someone determind to get your dogs no matter what you use as identity they will overcome what measures you already have in place But i think the freeze branding idea would be the best out of the 3

Dont knock shed living till you've tried.. Mines got beer fridge, telly, cooker, radio, freezer and a table. I just assume its only a matter of time, and i'm preparing accordingly... he seems to have settled , he had a nice walk earlier to get him used to the traffic he was a little bit jumpy but not to bad & had his head in every blue box as they do the bins here today , i had to take a kfc bucket thing off him

Probably not the best person for imput on this thread as i dont work any dogs , but i think if you have say 3 dogs, all working well & living in harmony why add more & risk upseting the ballence Also food costs & veterinary costs as well, no point in having half dozon big dogs when you have to limit what you feed & even something as simple as worming for 4 large dogs is going to set you back around 20 quid every 3 month if you innoculate theres the cost of that was well , then theres the unexpected accidents you will need to fork out for as well , i think if you have p

Not sure about crows but my dad tamed a magpie as a lad & it sat on his head all the time when he was out & when he rode his bike , but that was 50 odd yrs ago & someone shot it , i will ask him later how he came by it

Well i have decided to call the dog Murphy , he hasnt piddled in his crate so all the toilet trips on the back yesterday seem to have helped , also he went to bed & never made a sound on his first night which is also in his favour I intend to pop the ferrets in an indoor cage in the shed for a couple of hours & loose them both on the back , i am hoping to see how he behaves round the ferrets outdoor run & distract him with food as a little recall training as i know he will go over to the run & get him used to his new name So all in all he has been very good , madge w

Well its early days yet but the bitch came out the back with me & the new dog & she was dancing about the place sticking her back end in the air for him so i dont think i wil have a problem with the dog together, he does need a few days to settle though , then i will get some decent pics of them together if i can

Well so far so good, its early days yet but i think he will be ok, i am popping him on the back to get him used to going to the toilet outside every couple of hours & he has been out once so far & done it out there & i will take him again just before i go to work at half 4 , he will get the hang off it in a few weeks i think

I would like to thank deputy Dog for bringing the greyhound down here from up north, he is a lovely dog , & the initial introductions went fine , Madge just moved out of his way as he bulldozed his way into the house Oh he is a lively lad alright, sniffed every inch of the kitchen , piddled a few times but other than that he is now having a kip in his crate a big thank you to all concerned who helped with transport & the updates

i watched one of his dvd's last night & in a few clips they were just chuckin the ferrets on the floor from standing hight, it was that poachers thing dvd , tickling trout etc , wasnt very impressed

well they have furcoats & couple that with plenty of bedding they will drag out any excess bedding thats not needed if they get to warm
