Rattling your keys, whistling or simply calling the ferrets name would also be exually enticing for the ferret to return to you if your a hands on keeper , this kind of thing isnt a new thing its been described in books from well over 50 yrs ago .
I think in reality it wouldnt have happened if he had just gone & got the dog, now i have time to sit down & reflect on it, the little dog just stood there shaking prior to its owner callling it , he was pretty angry as you can imagine but it was pointed out to him that he was in the wrong & should have gone to the dog & put its lead on ,
I wasnt happy about what happened & felt sorry for the little dog & what it went through because of its owner , so thankfull that it didnt fight back or it may have been a dead dog now
Probs,,There alot more common,,Hardly any english around,,Looks like our wildlife is giving its home to forgeign invaders just like the country in general
Nice to see them though , they aint half noisey when they take off
No idea what the partridges where they were on the ground amongst some stubble & then flew off when we got near them , about 8 or 9 i would say flew off
Not much in the way of rabbits round here though
Oh the sheepskin ones only a temperary measure it was all i could get to fit him , i will get a water proof one like the bitches coat in a week or two of the internet
They stop your breath dont they some folks i am expecting it to be in next weeks free rag how greyhound savages family pet , & a description of the dogs
I would have loved to have seen some Bri , it was sunny , calm & just perfect on one side of the fields it was like a paddy field & then where the sun hadnt got it was froze solid , them partriges are like lightening i was still gettting the camera out me pocket & they had gone
Oh naturally the bloke was flapping but to be honest he didnt like being asked if i could photograph the injurys that the dog had as a result of being picked up by the greyhound , he knew he was wrong & i wasnt backing down untill i made my point , i now know the dog isnt keen on small dogs so we all learned a lesson
Had a lovely afternoon out , saw some partridges bu couldnt get the camera out quick enough we went in search of red deer but only found poo & fooprints (assume there reds)
Then we walked across 2 fields & bumped into a chap & his Harris hawk which was great to see, he said it was 8 month old, dont know what sex it was though
he told us where he had seen the reds earlier but i was knackered & didnt want to treck a few more miles over fields so we started to make or way back
Stopping for a nose round in his new coat ( yes its sheepskin & to
You were not clear in your posting i read it as your children had lost interest so was puzzled why ferrets of other colours to the ones you had alredy got would basically make them any more interested, my appologies or not replying accordingly
if you want ferrets theres plenty of rescues up & down the counry who do a sterling job & will neuter as well so you dont have to worry about any kits in the future
I am always getting told off by him , its because we dont understand what you kids like apart from anything else i really wouldnt like to know what goes on in the head of a 14 years old boy after some of the stuff i found in my sons bedroom so we have to guess what you lads like as birthday & chrismas presents if there to be a supprise
You are just too sour to sweeten Mac................
I just always had a thing about lollypop ladies KS,I remember being guided across the road by Mrs Brown our LP Lady when I was teetering on pubescence and the thrill of her warm hand clasping mine,I just wondered if she ever wore sheer black silken stockings
It was the nicest job i ever did, you watched the little 4 yr olds all through there school years & watched them develop from little shy kids to gobby 10 yr olds great it was
If the kids have lost interest they have lost interest , theres a strong possibility if you get a ferret in a different colour the interest will be lost in double quick time after '' the novelty'' has worn off its what kids do
