    Hearing earlier if labour get in power you’ll need a nvq test for the trade you do aswell as a cscs card just to step foot on site …. Hmrc are also now saying that pick ups hiluxs etc an combo vans are now not classed as work vehicles so you can’t get to save on the tax through your company

    Funny you should say that we were in France at a caravan park on holiday big carp lake boys there with the best of gear …. We bought some telescopic rods and some stale hard bread from the wee shop the left overs from the day before and just let it float on the top we were pulling carp out for fun… they weren’t amused there a strange old type those carp boys lol

    I actually done my online test first because I got told you could do it online and apply for the card then to get told to go and do the test you just done aswell …. Money grabbers it’s complete madness

    It’s two tests mate it’s a ball ache and then you’ve got to apply for the card yourself the one online you can do in about 46/50 minutes mate can whizz through it done mine a couple of years ago from home had to be on a laptop with a with a webcam with some nonce on the other side watching you the whole test to make sure you don’t cheat. f***ing pointless just a money making scheme alot of sites don’t even ask for them but a lot of them are starting to do those online inductions and then when you get to site gotta sit through an induction and then sometimes sit a sma

    From my own experiences been there done it tried all sorts , do a lot of running the only thing that helped my knees and be able to run long distances was when on carnivore I’d explain carbs like having a red bull you’ll get a spike in energy but it soon wears off hence people being overly tired these days and wanting to eat 3,4,5,6 times a day Carnivore you’ve got a lot more energy and it’s a lot more steadier with it as well should only needing to eat once or twice a day which also allows the body to breathe and reduces parasites …. And what do parasites cause ….. cancer
