Mole Trapping Experience
perthshire keeper replied to Joe1888's topic in Snaring, Trapping & Pest Control
Stick around and you'll see it...... Don't hold your breath JD! Peter Fullerton - I do have opinions, and if you spend time reading the same old drivel on here year after year then you would have too. None, and I think I am safe in saying this, of the pro trappers post anything on here about the subject any more. Why? Because any photo is removed, threads are ruined by the uneducated, and as a result nothing progresses. Those that know, keep it to themselves. They don't write books or post on forums like this. Get out and try things, learn from experience. My kids can catch moles, al -

I can't find the report of the rescue I mentioned that cost big money , I think it might have been in EDRD that I read it. However, I did have a quick look in the 1999 - 2000 yearbook and the F. & M W T C expenditure on rescues that year was £2,224 (in '98 it wa

its not so much as digging more moveing! think of it like rubble, spades stay at home and the iron bar is the tool for the job, if its gets bad then highlift jacks and ropes, even pogo hammer and jenny to go thru solid rock back in the day they would use exsplosives yeah like old frank buck himself. i have a book here with some good pics of him in the rocks and the old type fells he kept what books that? any chance of a few pictures?

18 month back we had a dog in a borran and could see the fox about 15 ft in thankfully the rock got smaller and smaller so we tunneled in to him sending in the smallest member of the team and dragging him back out by his legs he got the dog out and the fox was under a rock under him he could just see its noise.. we shouted can you see him? he shouts "see him?! i can see what he had for f***ing breakfast!" he took his belt off wiggled it round his neck and we pulled the lad out by his legs and he had matey like he was on a lead. theirs a good picture some where of a whip crawling fr
