the cmw is a shadow of its former self , the best hunting mags are the ozy and nz pig hunting and bow hunting mags, there wall to wall hunting storys from readers, and only have a tiny percentage of the ad's. as for E,D,R,D , whilst its the best we have , its great if your in to terriers. Lurchers and ferrets get left well behind and im sorry but harcoms political bullshit gets right on my tits.

theres quite alot of american members on here , i would get in touch with some of them to se if they ferret or not. im led to belive that your cotten tail rabbits in the us , spend very little time in burrows, only in the coldest times. and in small numbers. but get out there and give it a go, and dont forget your camera and get some pics on here to show us. and dont forget you can also ferret for rats

Smart looking animal I have considered putting my first cross dog over a whippet greyhound bitch and keeping a dog pup from this mating for the future but not to sure if that's the way forward for me yet and also I would have to find a whippet greyhound bitch of course lol.........I take it that's a bitch in the picture ? what sort of size was she? Very true TOMO, the only thing I dont like about Lightforce is the plastic they are made from........it sounds like a drum banging around. I use the clue light as it very tough, but the beam is not as good as the lightforce.........a bit on the wide side. Oh and the wiring is total crap on all of them! yes mate your right, im forever banging the 170 on metal press studs and zip on my coat. an outer shell made of rubber , would be loads better

what is it about hunters , and in particular lurcher lads that feel the need to attack a particular style of hunting. lampers against daytime men , and now you guys having a go at people that drive the land. its pointless, and why oh why does evryone think there way is the best. talk about ego's. personly i like to walk, and on most of my land its only way to do it. BUT . i do have a large estate and belive me driving in the truck is the way to do it its very open land with headland round all the fields , and lots of it left to stubble. now let me dissmiss 2 of the points

cheers john thats the thing with drop boxes, the land owner has just spent thousands fencing the rabbits out, then along comes a pester and says , put some drop boxes in. what do they do they ask , wel they let the rabbits through for about a month till they get used to them. there reply is , let the feckers in . i got thousands of pounds worth of wheat growing there just been in this position my self, trying to get one of my farmers to pay me to run and intall some boxes for him

john what was the reason for setting them like that?? it goes to prove that no idea's are set in stone but i cant help thinking would they have took more if the tunnels went through the fence. i think once a rabbit had been through once or twice and realised it wasn't going anywhere . they wouldn't use them again. intresting stuff though, and those boxes look very well made

i rang the hospital to find out how you were doing , and the good nurse on your ward said it was exhaustion somthing about doing to much road walking feck i didn't even know you were ill mate, speedy recovery any way

had one the same a few year back mate, little polcat hob, fecking usless , just in and out as yours was doing. kept him for 2 years , but just the same. one day whilst doing a large bank in the dales , we lost him couldnt find him anwhere. so we carried on ferreting, right at the end of the day on the last warren 2 fields a way , we netted up a small 10 holer. pops in a couple of jills 5 rabbits out in 5-10 mins , then all quiet, locator out . mark straight a way. spade out , one spadfull of soil out, and fook me theres the hob still curled up asleep i had to wake the fecker u
