Start beating, and you should get to know the keeper, I will be asking if hes interested in unpaid work experiance soon, as I need part time work on a collage course im in. Although hes a crazy old bugger! He must be in his late 60's and cant hear a thing, nice guy though -

Good idea, I recently brought a tennis ball thrower ( It looked good in the shop!) I cant use the fecking thing, just goes up in the air and lands behind me -
I go ferreting in a field with a footpath about 200 yards away I constantly am geting dogs running up to me, there owners not even attempting to get them back And with a Patterdale who likes a scrap its not always a good situation Last time a King Charles ran up behind us (didnt see it, I would normally grab it and send it back), and my Patt went for it (really wasnt good ) It was in a right state when I got them separated and when its owner came over she gave me a right fecking lecture, including 'keep you dogs under control' and thretening all sorts with the RSPCA. Elma, I did see some scopes from hong kong with reputable makes, but Ive been conned on ebay too many times, are they all legit?

Hi, I need a new scope as my current one has just broke. Needs to be cheap as my last one wasnt and now its broken Just a cheapish scope for my .22 supersport. I like the look of some of the hawke ones, some decent prices aswel.

Make sure you are comfortable, if its your first time. I find I can consentrate alot more when ive got a nice chair etc I might just be a lazy b*****d though lol What will you be targeting?

I would rehome it to someone with abit more experiance if possible. I only got my first ferrets around a year ago, and one was a complete and utter b*****d. I was to inexperianced to even know what to do, I tried re homing but nobody I new wanted her so she had to go to the rabbit warren in the sky Then try and get some friendly ferrets that you can handle and learn about, thats what I done and my 2 are great now, they both get handled every day and have a run in the shed or bedroom :sick: I definitly wont be accepting anyones cast offs anymore, its not worth it. H&J

The brass shouldnt rust, maybe just put a little wd40 on every week to keep it fresh.

Brass hinges should be better, bit more expensive but they last longer.

Fastdogz and waz, what would you have done in the situation then? About that wildlife and countryside act, does that mean its illegal to use a priest to dispatch a rabbit? or a chop?

I had trouble breaking my Ferrets to my Pup, The dogs fine, shes soft as baby shi tbut the ferrets kept going at her. I just had to grit my teeth and put them on the floor together, there great now.
