Anybody who thinks that the majority of half x can go out and catch fox's singlehanded week in week out needs to get off their arse, stop looking for pats on the back on here and go out and do a bit and they'll soon see for themselves. Dont get me wrong there are half x's out there that can do it, I've seen them, these tend to be the type that are a bit longer in the back and have a bit of leg to them, but these are like rocking horse shit IMHO. Some people need to stop talking the talk and start walking the walk. -

Never realised how many anti bull bell ends there are on this site some of them need to get there head out of thier arses and stop spouting shite over the internet trying to get themselves pats on the back and maybe they would realise what a decent bull/ greyhound has to offer. Before the ban I have seen bull/greyhounds spin daytime hares, pull fallow bucks single handed, put 20+ rabbits in the bag and have decent nights on the foxes too. Too many bitter b*****ds on here to run a comp, I entered the comp the first year, win,lose or draw I didnt give a f**k it was just good to run new ground and meet decent lads Im sure the likes of ldr, tomo, woodga etc have enough mates to sort thier own comp out between them and keep it on the hush away from the nobs on here

totally agree.ive spent around 20years fishing for eels.we get many perch around here at the 4lb mark but big pike(30lb plus)are rare. 30lb pike are rare anywhere Earth..... As for the eels, yea sure they like deads but try a good sized livey, just below the surface, you may find you'll catch the biggest Eel in the water! A warm muggy night with no moon and a good sized live roach (bottom lip hooked, so it lives longer) flapping about on or near the surface will do you proud. It also eliminates the smaller eels... Do not buy a Night Stalker!!! unless you want to light your feet up aswell as your quarry, the beam is atrocious I've been using the Deben lithiom ion battery for the last four months which was an expensive piece of kit and I do not rate them at all the beam is a lot brighter from a 50% charged sealed lead acid battery Has anybody else had a problem with the lithioms?? -

Seems like theres a bit more to it than you just wanting to quit to sign on the dole and get out lamping The chances are you will do a number of things before you find something you actually like as for the dickheads you get them in every workplace you will learn to ignore them, but one thing experiment while your young, as it will be a lot more difficult the older you get to chop and change occupations due to various commitments. Dont see the dole as money for nothing because before you know it you'll be a middle aged man with a family and no skills, struggling to make ends meet.
