    As seen as GTE is ignoring me Giro I'll tell you I approached every keeper in a 30 mile radius from here for some beating,pest control totally free of charge and was turned down by all of them. Now people have mentioned about having the right attitude, I consider myself to be polite and I'll treat others with respect so longs as they treat me the same. It cant be that easy to get land or perhaps I just have one of them faces?

    I'm sorry but I have no idea how a 16 year old from a council estate can get some permission. Where does he live? Leveller my point is there are some decent lads about who have no choice but to do a bit of tresspassing, most keepers and landowners/keepers wont entertain them beacause of past experiences of dickheads. If they never tresspassed they'd have no sport at all and im not talking about going out stealing pheasents or shooting a load of deer to line there pockets im talking about lads who enjoy nothing more than going out an d seeing there dogs work.

    What it all boils down to IMHO is a general idea of keepers/hunt staff that lurcher lads who dont stick to boundarys are stealing, cub killing, immoral b*****ds. The truth is there is some of the above in the lurcher world but you could say the same about some keepers and hunt staff. Take it from me theres plenty of sensible, honest Lurcher lads who stick to seasons.

    Leveller what chance does a 16 year old lad from a council estate have of gaining some permission from a keeper to run his lurcher or do a bit of pest control with his terriers on the local estate? let me tell you no chance at all, so the young lad should knock the dogs on the head because he's got nowhere to run his dog?

    No you will still have your warranty, the battery connector is totally seperate from the battery you can buy them for around a fiver from the local gun shop, I dont like the cigarette lighter type plugs they always seem to **** up but some lads get on with them

    No you wont need a new lamp, just chop the cigarrette plug off the end of the battery connector and crimp your lamp cables to it I dont know how I got by without mine I have the 22Ah and have never used it all in one night infact I usually get a couple of nights lamping before it needs charging, the 14Ah is plenty Imho.

    I would think more of a dog that done the 3/4 singlehanded but 7/8 doubled up is good going. It depends on the time of year too any half decent lurcher will kill daft cubs. As for the perfect fox dog any breed will do the job but they must make the catch at the very first first oppurtunity and stick with it when the going gets tough. I prefer a dog with a lot of sighthound blood 3/4 coursing/greyhound being ideal, I've seen shit loads of bucket head half x that where supposedly 110% fox dogs but they couldnt catch a rabbit in a phone box, although I've seen the odd one that could shift b

    I boxed a bit as a kid and to be honest it is uncomfortable for me to watch women in the ring, the thought of a woman dealing with a body shot that leaves you doubled over in agony gasping for air just isnt right imho.......................
