If i didnt get Indi on a lead in time and she dashed off towards a dog that was on lead, i wouldnt blame the owner if she ended up injured, it would be my fault not theirs but i know that most of the general public wouldnt be like that!!

The ones that bug me are the people that don't allow their dogs to behave like dogs, keep it on a lead its whole life and go into complete panic mode as soon as they see another dog approaching, i always put mine on a lead if i see someone coming towards us and they are on lead, especially as Indi still can not resist the temptaion to run at them full speed and then go into 'stupid puppy' mode, i was push biking along the old railway track last summer, lovely evening, Kylo is trotting beside me offlead, doing his thing, 2 women are walking the same direction we are going in (back towards us) K

My dad had a patterdale when i was a kid, they are defo not for the faint hearted, how anyone keeps them as pets i will never know!!!

He commited a crime, he got caught, he deserves a prison sentence but 18yrs with more to serve I think it is far too long, peado's get less for raping children in this country! I don't think people should get high and mighty saying he should be shot etc, how many people on here poach (don't answer that one lol) what if the minimum sentence for killing any wildlife was 10yrs, would you lads still be out at night with your dogs.............of course you would, would you deserve such a long sentence.....................no, would you be complaining from your cell.......hell yeah!! I know

If i was you i wouldn't be so understanding, i would simply say, dog is put away somewhere else or we don't visit you, simple as, it is then her choice as to whether her dog is more important than seeing her son/grandson....................failing that, tell her if the dog isn't going to be put away, they can visit you......................without the dog The fact this dog has bitten before, you have every right to be putting ground rules down, we all know what damage a dogs teeth can do, especially to a baby, it doesnt bear thinking about Good luck and merry christmas

I agree, all the staffs i have known will give it the mouth but they do so with a wagging tail, unless they are unstable, badly bred dogs, in which case they are ticking time bombs

The only thing mine has ever caught was a squirrel, he cant catch a rabbit so god knows how he got a flippin squirrel I take mine in the woods alot, i walk about 2 miles, they cover about 10 charging about through the woods after them, keeps them happy anyway

Brilliant I have laughed so much at 1 point both dogs got off their bed and stood side by side looking at me like i had lost the plot

Both mine are insured through Animal friends insurance, i only have the accident cover at the moment, cost £9 a month for £2000 accident cover (each) i will upgrade soon but for now i have peace of mind that they are covered for any accidents.

Well i 'spose there are 2 types of anti hunting, the people that it is just an opinion and then the animal rights...................which i think any normal person would descibe as crazy and over the top, id be suprised if people hadn't come on just to cause trouble,

With all the topics i've read about anti's watching THL i wondered if any of them had ever voiced their opinions on here, i know people get accused of being anti if they dont agree with others opinions BUT has anyone ever come on and openly admitted being anti hunting?

I feel sick after reading that WHY do we keep these people alive, there is evidence that he is guilty, no wondering if he could be innocent.................WHY dont we kill people like this, rid the world of human parasites, like we do rats!! RIP little man xxx

I use Hyperdrug for my flea treatments (i use their own brand and find it more effective than frontline) and my wormers, they have very quick delivery times

I hope everything works out for you Both of my dogs had to go into seperate foster homes while i was homeless for 5 months, i had several offers from people on here willing to help, 1 of mine went to a member on here who i had never met, i owe her so much and i am very very grateful for all the kind offers, it will work out ok, you just have to remember that
