Pup 5 month old marking its first set this morning, happy days

Eddytom will have some fun with his pup proper sensible we just taking our time with it and I have just got myself another pup so will be busy for the next few month basic training and extending the pen

Just let it be a pup don't push it too hard and it will all come together it's all about having fun for you and your pup

Eddytoms pup is 7 month old, marks sets, hunts pheasants and retrieves a pheasant better than a spaniel. Sarah's blue bitch has got a good nose an excellent ferreting dog

Still plenty about, my bitch likes to hunt a pheasant now she has just started retrieving them and broke to the shotgun perfect all rounder

You don't need a spaniel when you have a good all round lurcher. I was over the moon with your pup Eddytom the way it retrieved them pheasants was fantastic

Thanks mate, think they are going to be good, the fcuking dog hasn't stopped dribbling he thinks if he stares at me hard enough I'll let him have one. Should have added, be very cautious about adding any salt if using stock cubes, especially if you intend to reduce the stock, taste at the end of cooking the filling for final seasoning. Always share with my dogs, yes pal always season my food salt and pepper is a must

Get a proper pick up Ed, I have seen this pup, 6 month old and retrieving to hand, marking sets, proper sensible little thing, you will have years of fun out of it hopefully atb Fourtrak
