    Had a couple of rabbits in the freezer so decided to knock a rabbit stew up for my tea, delicious as usual

    Gives me a chance to do a bit more training, I watched the pheasants go into cover then let the pups track them and put them back out, good to watch when it all comes together

    Great fun tracking in the snow and testing the dogs nose.can see clearly if they are on the trail or not. Hope you bag something FT I don't expect them to do much work today its the first time they have seen snow this year so will probably just want to play but you never know there's always the chance of bagging something

    Will have to dig me motor out the snow plough has buried it and its still snowing, flask, a good pair of wellies, the missus to hold onto so I don't fall over, dogs and away we go

    First real snow of the season so going to see how far I get with the dogs and see what we can put up in the reedy fields, got about 5" here school bus didn't make it but got to give it a go
