I spoke to a guy today up in Halifax, he has a litter of whippet beddy first cross pups, sound like a really nice well bred litter. I'm a long way from there but if anybody a bit further south is after one then let me know and maybe we can organise sharing transport costs, just a thought. Another possibility is for me to pay someone who is traveling down from Yorkshire to London anyway. Shepp

I got my hand mincer from Northern Tool, bit dearer than that but really does the business. Rabbits and chickens, bones and all go through it no problem. I heard its not a good idea to put fur threw. Shepp

I just wondered if people on here with this cross have found there dogs are willing to work heavy cover. My collie grey will, but not the thickest bramble, which is mainly due to her being too big. Cheers Shepp

I have plenty of respect for a vegan or vegitarian, they live by what they feel is right, not a views i share of course. The ones that piss me off is the meat eaters who take the moral high ground over hunters.

I heard a bloke on the radio say the police have road blocked where the lorries are protesting, but the there was no need to because the lorries were not taking up all lanes. He said there were about 100 lorries. I think it finishes at lunch time but i bet the bloody police keep it closed till this evening. Probably about fifty of them milling about there while kids are busy stabbing each other.

I have a raised bed surrounded by low level chicken wire to keep my chickens out. Unfortunately it does'nt keep the pidgeons off and they've pollished off five cucumber plants. Any tips would be appreciated to how i can scare them off? Cheers Shepp

I don't think it's anything to do with class, it does'nt bother me what class my leaders are. To be honest there all self serving, it's just the left wing governments tend to want more controll than the right wing ones and in doing so swell the size of the public sector which costs us tax payers more money. What really pisses me of is the way this lot pretend to be for the working man but they have done nothing to even out society. With the tories at least you know what your getting. I bought mine from them on ebay. No communication from them after ordering and arrived after about a month, unfortunately too late to leave a poor rating on feedback. On the up side the box looks well made although i'm not sure it was treated like i paid extra for and they were apologetic when they finally contacted me.
