If you click on 'add reply' instead of 'fast reply' all the formatting tools are in the top right corner. Whilst on the subject of spelling and grammar, I'd like to highlight something that bugs me somewhat considerably. Homophones and their correct usage. to, too and two - 'to' is a preposition or an infinitive, 'too' is an adverb and 'two' is a number. here and hear - 'here' is an adverb and 'hear' is a verb. their, there and they're - 'their' is a possessive pronoun, 'there' is an adverb and 'they're' is a contraction of 'they are'. We caught a rabbit yesterday, gutted it in the field and took out the kidneys, heart, liver and lungs and fed them to the ferrets as a reward. They wolfed the lot down, but when I got home the ferrets had puked it all back up and there were a couple of black stools too. What could have caused this? The rabbit was healthy.

I disagree. Always been told to get the cheap stuff precisely because it is fattier. The reason being that ferrets have a very short digestive transit (about 4 hours) and need to get as much energy as possible from their food. Never thought about how long it takes to digest their food, I was taught that the fat was the waste part of the meat, maybe its good for them to eat more fat. It's protein they need not fat.

I use James Wellbeloved and here are their guidelines; From 3 weeks: Offer small amounts of food soaked until soft with warm water or broth, gradually decreasing the amount of liquid used.
