    yup most change the poi...and lose a fraction of power. but.. you set the gun up any way so its not worth worry about. on a springer it can llengthen to an advantage of extra leverage. noise levals reduced but not much. on a pcp..oooooo whisper quiet. why the quiet? you get more shots in before everything runs off, you dont go deff... in a lot of cases you can even take several shots untill the target realises. in rat turms, you get say 15 opertunaties unsilenced, verses all night silenced. long turm its a case of let the springer off once and they all hide, pcp wise that day i

    yes the article was in the airgun world.. had a picture of two pigions with the drop on each .177 and .22 for comprison. i use .177 and have dun for nearly 30 years.. tried .22 etc abd nope still in .177 at legal limits. truth is it makes diddly squot in under 12fp's... its what suits you. once you go fac then things change, its all down to 'useable' tragectry 'arcs' and what you want to do, or the desired affect. i watched some show on the foreign legions history, they were always slated for there .177 airgun girly aproach, untill they kicked ass with some awsome's... they sel

    hw ... most the springers today worrk, as in the barrels are way better than they used to be.(avoid the ell cheepo things theyre heaps a shit). i'd save 400 and go for a pcp.. stealth s200 etc..orr a rapid if you com e accross a nice price for a SH..mainly because your looking at 400 shots to a fill in 400cc rapid cylinder.

    word of advice on the old liquidized cat food.. dont leave it in the fridge unatented, its like smells like and ever spreads like princes salmon paiste. any one else who looks in the fridge makes a B line, opens and smells and looks for the bread! lol needless to say, it's thats close i wont be buying any more princes salmon cat food lol. (yu pay for what you get..28p ell nasty cat food can).
