If you join the full-bore section which shoots at Ponteland (which I run) you'll have no problem getting slots for .223, .308, etc. Give me a shout if intersted or ask the chaps to print you off a form next time you're in. J. Might be interested in that mate once i'm sorted with my FAC, cheers.

yes it's the sunderland one mate, havent been in much latley though. they cant act as a referance for my first application though. going to drop the hmr and just try for the 22lr and fac air, only ever been into shooting rabbits really so i'll just stick to what i know and if my permission has a bad problem with fox i might put in for a more appropriate calibre at a later date.
-
Is this signature of yours wishful thinking then ...what calibre is the 10-22 and what reason did you give...and how can you have this many questions if you already have a 10-22?? Theoban Rapid 12 .22, Hawke nite eye IR Career 707 .22. Ruger 10/22. Because i'm a member of a shooting club and have a ruger 10-22 which i am paying off weekly as i cant pay for it outright till i get my license, i can use it whenever i want at the club but they keep it there till i get my license . i was on the phone to the firearms dept today and she told me hmr should be fine for fox as it's th

Do i need to put the mod details in for each rifle? and can i put two permission details in one box? what does it mean by expanding ammo?
-
I've done a few searches and am still abit miffed. Where do i put that i want moderators with my rifles? what and where do i write for fac air? Can i put fox for my 22lr (in N.E. England)? Had a couple of cautions off the police over 10 year ago when i was a kid but not charged with anything, do i still put these down as it only asks for convictions? Do you think i will get FAC air, 22LR and 17 HMR for my first time? Wont bother with the 17 if i can take fox with the 22LR, and what reasons would i give for FAC air and the 22LR? Sorry for all the questions but here is probably the b

Just done a swap for a career 707 in .22. gun is in mint condition and has decent scopes but has a cheap rail on that is off something else and is the wrong shape and size and is far to high. I've trawled the net and phoned a few shops but cant get hold of a career rail, does anyone know of any dealers or websites where i would be able to get one from, any help would be much appreciated, cheers, Liam..

Got a 2003 citroen berlingo 2.0 HDI lx, with fold down rear seat, 96000 miles at last mot, still got 10/11 months, 5 months tax. It's been a work van but in good condition. Selling as i'm due for a company van any time soon. The digital numbers that tell you the miles near the clocks has went off a couple of weeks ago but i've only done around 200 miles since it's mot. £1350

Selling my Citroen Berlingo which i only bought a few weeks ago but have the chance of a company van. It has 12 months MOT, 6 months Tax, 96000 miles. It has 2 extra seats in the back fitted with seat belts that fold away when not in use. Takes about 20/30 seconds to start on a cold morning but starts fine for the rest of the day even when stood for hours. The little clock near the speedo that tells you the milage has went off and the digital clock on the top of the dash that has the radio channels on needs a bulb, there is a bleep that sounds every now and then but have been told that will

Been out for a couple of hours on my local permission, as soon as we set foot in the field a few rabbits ran for cover but 2 stood there one behind the other, did'nt know which one to go for so got on my knee then decided to go for the one in front. THWACK, head shot, 25yds, down like a bag'o'sh@t, as i stood up i relised the rabbit that was stood just behind it was lying there kicking away so walked up to it and dispatched it then seen a little blood on it's side where i'd shot straight through the first rabbit and got the rear one in ribs and obviously done some internal damage. Took 3 shot

Gun safe for .22 air rifle
RAPID7LIAM replied to RAPID7LIAM's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
The land does not need to be checked for a shotgun to be used Really? I never knew that. I could put down for shotgun cert aswell because a friend could take me on some shoots so it would be worth getting it. Cheers, Liam.. -

RAPID7LIAM replied to RAPID7LIAM's topic in Rimfire, Centrefire & Shotguns
Yes [bANNED TEXT] its an FAC you want so cabinet is needded and the FAO will servey your permision if the land has not been autherised as safe to shoot FA s on I'm sure my permission should be ok as there is one or two others got permission and at least one of them is using a shotgun as there are empty carts all over the woods. I'll look into getting a gun safe before i apply. Cheers, Liam.. -

Sharpley Springs is a good place for fly fishing, i have'nt actually fished it myself but my mate goes regurly. It's up the back roads between seaham and houghton near warden law karting circuit. Some good fish in there and they have tagged fish that if you catch them you can win prizes (dont know if this is special occations or all the time). ATB, Liam..
