    Yip I agree with not needing that much bull, 3/8 is all I need in my dogs now and suit the way I hunt but I seen a couple of dogs bred this way a couple of years ago and they were impressive to say the least and you shouldn’t jump to conclusions that the dogs used to produce them lacked anything because they didn’t the lads just wanted to try them and if I’m honest they ended up a hell of a lot racier than most would think. I’ve seen heavier looking 1/2 crosses.

    As I don’t know anybody that hunts pigs it isn’t going to happen and I have access to decent bull blood if I need it so it was purely in theory. But if it was all I had access to then yip I would use it better than the local chav from the estates bulldog and better than buying in a pup you know nothing about
