and if your using a wetsuit your going to need a weight belt or you will never get down ,plus you should always carry a divers knife ,not to fend of sharks but if you swim in to a monofilament gill net or the like that has been disgarded then its a handy thing to have

if you have clear water and good viz the spearfishing in Britain can be more productive than the med ,your going to need a wetsuit 5mm minimum, iwould advise getting a surface marker buoy so you don't get your head knocked off by boats or jet ski's ,sus sout where your going and check for tide runs ,its surprising how easy it is to get swept away ,iwould start just having a snorkel around and get a feel for it first

So i take it if an afghan shot a member of your family in the same way you would say "it's war" x he was going to die anyway jo so I think he did the guy a favour awful good of him, he might get a job in Nhs when he gets out he would have bled out in the hospital corridor waiting for a doctor if the nhs were involved i was thinking more for pain relief for the elderly no your thinking of shipman not blackman
