    I don't think that's the case at all,he paid for his ticket and he was checked in and sat on the f****n plane ,they could and should have not let it get to that stage and if it was me I would have kicked off big time and probably acted a bigger cock than him

    Even if you accept that he acted like a muppet...do you not think the way he was treated was out of order? If they offered compensation and no doubt another flight I don't see what more they could do ? Their plane their rules somebody had to go he was picked at random. Unfair no.     if it was overbooked they should have sorted it at the check in desk not when your sat in your seat on the plane with your seatbelt on I thought the whole thing was an absolute disgrace
