is now sunday morning here,got home late last night .had a real cracker of a last hunt prior to leaving aus .we got 3 deer ,myself one of those ,dogs all found although mine was the last one ,found him 4 hours after dark...thanks all for your recomendations of pubs ,dont know what :kip:is i guess it may be a gay pub or something ,lol. davyt63 some of those pub names sound interesting ,will see how many we get a look at . once again thanks all.

we are staying one night at kenmare bay hotel,and maldron hotel dublin.getting anxious now .going on my last hunt tonight so will be back here ,maybe saturday night .thanks all .

my woman and i are coming ,real soon .gonna have a spare night in dublin and kilarney.as part of our tour we can spend 60 quid each and do a show in these places but then a friend suggested we just go to an irish pub and said we would have a great time .im with the pub,thats me .can anyone recommend a good friendly pub in these areas .

buck vanguard for me jigsaw,took a while for me to follow the other members in our hunting crew,7 out of ten have one of these knives,as do i now.probably a bit pricey but if you buy something good in the beggining you wont end up with shit knives that you cant use. lm fond of that pic you got there as well,nice one .

i see thl is rapidly growing in numbers ,but dont see the donators increasing as i think it should.surely the small amount of money to become a donator is well worth it . thl is a great site , let us all do our bit to help ..

just wondering if you lot have any optus mobile phone coverage in uk,were coming real soon and didnt know if my phone would be ok ,really only need it to reach each other if we get separated whilst travelling.

yes ,i agree keep it simple .you want to eat it not root it .depending on the cut ,backstrap put on a oven tray ,cover top and ends with seeded mustard then cook in oven .i like mine a bit pinkish ,it always cooks a little more once removed from oven .if you have a roast , insert 2 or 3 slivers of garlic ,rub a little oil on top ,sprinkle fresh (or dried)oregano,thyme ,rosemary and put into an oven bag.the cooking directions should be on the oven bag box ,dont forget the gravy..and the beer.cheers.

i have just discovered that there is beer festival on in august ,earls court london.now whilst my other half has organized most/all of this trip to england ,i now notice that our trafalgar tour ends on the 8 th of august ,the last day of the beer fest. for me ,that would be the best if i could make it to the beer fest ,bash all this site seeing shit ,if i can make it to this one venue ,yeeehaaa!!!. is anyone from thl planning to go to this event ,,,,if so ,i would really like to meet up with you guys .cheers .

hearing those beagle or bloodhounds in full voice ,knowing they are tracking a deer ,and just maybe coming my way .. The smell and taste of a good ale is not to bad either.
