    my mate bred him who i occasionally go out with.only just 2 but getting the hang of it.had several black and tans terrier2 got a nice old one at the moment,genareally prefer my lakelands,and i do like your stamp of terrier!!!!!

    heres my current lakeland,6.find they can be head strong but good workers in general.why change your line though if your current stuff works for you.

    hunterpoppy,the lads are all very right in what they are saying,take your time with the pup,keep well away from bunnies i dont even walk mine any were there are bunnies!!try and find a decent terrier boy to take you out and teach you the basics and you will grow in confidense with your dog.there are some decent boys on here so hopefully someone local to you will help but you must gain there full trust first!

    PROUDY i personally prefer a bayer/mixer like billy is but had a similar dig a couple of years ago and my best dog couldnt bottle up the quarry due to no stop ends,ended up using a hard bitch i have and doug 6 foot to it quickly and did the job but the bitch did suffer but you cant blame the baying dog at all.

    well done lads sounds like you had a good though,sometimes the quarry wins its a b*****d but you have to be sensable happened a couple of times to me,at least you had a good day with a result!
