This has been hilarious...its real easy to tell the kids from the grown ups ! The thing most people dont realise is a good set of visible abs is more about diet than exercise....a lot of people have a good set through normal day to day activity they just dont know it because its covered up by a layer of fat.....ive lifted weights for many years and in the off season they are not visible however with a competition round the corner and a diet adjustment....out they come. Crunches would be the best bet but if you have back trouble then probably best dealing with that before taking up any strenous exercise.

Personally i think if you need to come on an internet forum to sell a dog you really need to think if your doing your dog justice......If the dog is a " good un " it will sell itself by reputation.....if its got promise then why sell it to someone you dont know who might never use it for its intended purpose......all for the sake of a few quid !...shame people dont have more pride in their animals.

Dont be a prick....a young woman has just died leaving 2 young children behind. I could never understand what all the attention was about a woman with no talent and no looks but thats our society for you....you dont need to be talented to be rich and famous these days....but you cant blame the woman for it and i certainly wouldnt wish how she ended up on anyone.....my heart go,s out to all those close to her.

I have very kindly been given a number of tickets for an evenings entertainment at the Cliffs Pavilion Southend on Sea on June 16th or the Wolverhampton Civic Hall on June 15th....Its an audience with Joe Calzaghe,guest will be Henry Cooper.....Joe or Henry will meet you,sign photos etc etc...think it even includes a free first drink as well ! These are VIP tickets and so will reflect this in the price......i will be taking one for myself and my wife,the rest well i got them for nothing so i need not make anything and so the proceeds of tickets sold will go to the Little Haven Childrens Hospi

Havent seen the film or book....whats the interest in a man thats looked at walls all his life !....i agree with tomo a film about lenny mclean has been spoken about for years but never done and would be a much better film. If i remember right bronson was out of nick for a few months had a few unlicensed fights against nobodies then got a big sentance......as soon as he was back in he started shouting about how he would have beaten shaw and mclean on the same night ...easy to say from the safetly of your cell.....hence as has been said,certainly not the full ticket !

Personally i think people hate khan for a number of reasons,only one of which makes any sense to me. He is a boxer not our personal friend who gives a shit if he is not a nice kid,or cocky and arrogant we dont have to be pals with him just watch him box.....and theres no disputing that from a boxing point of view he has that vulnerability and power that creates exciting fights.....just like nigel benn had who i believe khan is a mirror image of at this stage of his career. 10 years ago the fight would never have been made as there would have been almost a stone difference between them....and thats what people who write khan off are forgetting.....he has natural size and power over barrerra and if khan can do one thing its punch......i dont like either of them and dont really care who wins....but got an idea khan will overpower him.
