    Them old 944,s are cheap as chips now,think the s2 still hold a bit of value .....i had a 928 back years ago big 5 litre v8 thing it was absolutely vile thinking back .....that looks a nice tidy one in the picture........still plenty of bits about for them they dont seem to have hit the classic stage yet i suppose thats why there still cheap,lovely little car in their day though.

    Its perfectly natural theres nothing wrong with it unless it sits for ages......with gravel the gases escape over time but where the sand is more compacted it doesnt......     Patience is key ......not to be impolite,but i can see from your pictures your sands lighter at the top where your obviously cleaning the top layer.....its real important to turn the sand over every few weeks otherwise you get a build up of gasses through the breakdown of organic compounds.....hydrogen sulphide if i remember right and it is a poison........im only saying as i lost some expensive Discus years ago when people first started using sand as a substrate,i was doing that just cleaning the top layer....and i paid the price for it............the other alternative of course is to have a

    Rake aboot......just out of interest,how do you go about cleaning your sand ?.....its a f****r to clean dont you think i ended up having to get one of those eheim vacuum 60 quid jobs......tried all that hovvering a hose just above it but was no good at that just sucked all the sand up.....pretty thick layer of it you got there as well.

    Dont know how to put pictures up but been keeping Discus a lot of years now................your be best to base your tank on what type of fish your looking to keep.....species tank or community..,,if your having real plants or fake.....compatability,water conditions,equipment etc etc.....

    Had it on the ol sky plus only just watched it.......must admit the referee seemed to panic a little bit to me and jumped in as soon as Arthur turned his back....dont think it would have changed the outcome of the fight but you always want to go out on your shield so to speak.
