  1. And that was just the under 11,s league i bet it got a bit tasty in the mens league Used to go and watch a few pals play over Hackney Marshes or Aldersbrook Rd sometimes funny as f**k i used to feel sorry for the poor refs a few bad decisions and they was bang in trouble
  2. Thats what its all about,my boy is a big strong lad but can he fight...ive no idea he,s never had to......as the chap said earlier the environment you are raised and live in is going to determine the amount of scrapes you get in my boy for the most part didnt live around trouble so fighting doesnt come natural to him........if you grow up in idylic countryside your unlikely to face constant battles whereas growing up on nasty inner city council estates and living most of your adult life around them type of places having wars with people just becomes second nature its no big deal......sometimes
  3. Thought it sounded a bit iffy....makes perfect sense now
  4. So what do you do if your not the type to back down ? go everywhere tooled up ?..........The simple fact is that any man who is up for a ruck and wont back down is taking a risk it doesnt matter how big or tough you are ........if a person is not the risk taking type then just do whatever it takes to avoid a fight its as simple as that its not compulsory to get stuck in unless you are being attacked which again... is not " a fight ".
  5. Show me another club who have 6000 empty seats EVERY WEEK..........statistically Aston Villa are the only worse supported club than Sunderland based on fans/seats ratio. Im sure you will try to re word that to mean something else.......but i guess thats still better than ignoring a question full stop f**k it Max i might start doing what you do......................................West Ham are the best team in Europe.....they are you know !
  6. And dont forget gorgeous and sexy The fact that i would think nothing of raising my hands on the street made me as far away from honourable as you can get in my ol fellas book... i was a big disappointment to him in that way as to him a fighting man should only fight in the ring.........i couldnt agree more i would fight till there was no more fight left in me years ago but that never included picking up a weapon......the only time id do that is defending myself but then thats not fighting.
  7. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSs2Rk-_dP4 Didnt realise there was so many episodes on You Tube !
  8. Funny that as i remember all them pre premier league days being at places like Maine Road in 19k gates as well ....never used to get that sort of turn out at the other gaff in Manchester but then i suppose they,ve always been a big club.
  9. I dont think thats what the gates are saying mate....more people are going to football than ever before......theres a few things i dont like about the game but none of them are to do with English football.......but like i say i dont think theres any reason to think attendances are or will start dropping off. Max you have completely lost the plot !.....do you know how silly it sounds to keep coming out with this " different gravy " and then when your asked why your average attendance drops by 12,000 during Championship seasons you say its because people went to Thailand .....i have a
  10. Dont start getting all obssessive with the Hammers ive told you before your a Chelsea fan and your stuck with it.
  11. I couldnt live like that the way i see it is if someone doesnt know me and they try getting in my gaff they,ll come unstuck with the security system.......and if they do know me they,re not coming to rob the ol womans jewellery so i,ll be brown bread before i reach for my screwdriver anyway
  12. Its nothing to do with how tough you are its simply about having a fight where one man has to win and one man has to lose if you cant fight like that then go do something else......very few street fights dont go to the ground at some point so it dont matter how good you are with your fists........but what gives you the right to win if you dont earn it ? the fact you are willing to do a 10 stretch in the shovel ?......thats nothing to do with fighting......again people tend to get fighting and defending yourself completely twisted.
  13. He would of been about as welcome as a fart in an astronaut suit !
  14. Coming from someone whos club slipped and slid completely out of reach to the point it has very little to do with English football anymore.....i think you need to choose your words a little better
  15. Max I would happily chew your face off if I needed to win a fight lol .....would you use a weapon ie Brocken bottle or knife to win a fight , where do you draw the line ? I totally agree......thats a lot of peoples problem its " little man " mentality and why its just not safe to get in street fights these days.......im as competetive a person as you,ll come across but any time ive had the shit kicked out of me the thought of biting someones nose off or picking up a knife hasnt even crossed my mind thats what girls who cant get their own way resort to....................if someone does you
  16. I think its like anything else when something starts off as a bit of a laugh and you become good at it your not willing to do it unless its helping to pay the bills......having a tear up at the footie was all good fun but its not really what you would call fighting is it.....far as im concerned anything thats not a straight forward 1 on 1 fair fight is just that a bit of tear up thats all. Good ol Subway Army eh.....funny days ! Gnash, back on them days well still even, did/do you have respect for the millwall fans that you's clashed with? Or was it all just hatred? I think theres a
  17. Coming from a man who says " lucky escape for Fletcher " to get a rise..... i think you,ve certainly done all the growing your going to do
  18. Well thats a result only 5000 empty seats instead of 6000 things are really on the up and up .....Max are you actually aware that anybody can research stats and see what you are saying is complete nonsense........give me a sensible answer to a question you seem to be avoiding........ 2002/03 Premier League average Attendance 39,698 2003/04 Championship average Attendance 27,120 2004/05 Championship average Attendance 28,820 Why did your clubs average attendance drop from 10,000 EMPTY SEATS......to 22,000 EMPTY SEATS if your support is " different gravy " ?.....Clubs with true loyal

  20. Yes because going to West Brom for a relegation battle will be much more fun ! Didn't think you'd bite at that one mate!! Its a Chelsea fan this is probably about as near as they get to a rivalry nobody else gives a f**k about them
  21. He,s a friend of a friend really mate i barely know him i cant remember now if its him or his brother Steve who is the better player i know they are both pro,s but as you say theres obviously a lot of talent out there......its a fast growing game i suppose.
  22. What does it for me with Fools and Horses is its so easy to relate to......we all know a Trigger or have an old Uncle Albert or know a Boycie they are characters that normal every day folk are around every day in the same type of situations just trying to earn a pound note......it works through the ages as well even some of the youngsters i know absolutely love it........when im with mates the amount of times we refer to a certain scene or reel off a certain line you just get flashbacks depending what situation your in i think it was great the only one that came remotely close for me was Porri
  23. I suppose the quality of the players and size of the game in general today makes it difficult......i just wonder how much Van Gerwen can improve as in winning his first world title at 23/24 is he ? compared to Taylors first world title in his mid 30,s whatever he was it will be interesting to see if Van Gerwen stays hungry.......Taylor has one of the best mindsets ive ever seen in a sportsman he has a fantastic attitude to competition that im not sure many other sportsmen have in terms of longevity......exciting times ahead for darts.
  24. I remember watching Van Gerwen when he was about 16 it was obvious he was going to be a top player but then seemed to go off the boil for a while.....i didnt even realise it was the same player after he put all the weight on/bald head etc.....seems like a genuine sort of kid as well i enjoy watching him play theres nothing like pure raw talent.....you reckon he could stay at the top as long as Taylor did Brigzy ? or is that something never likely to be repeated.
  25. The one that springs to mind for me is the diamond smuggling one.....getting lost in the North Sea and asking the geezer on the oil rig what way to Holland
