All this shit is part of the reason i cant really abide world level boxing anymore its like anything once you get to the very highest level it just becomes political and everything gets wrapped up in lawyers/legals and court cases the ethos of competetive sport go,s out the window......all these anti doping agencies and governing bodies are run by human beings who can be bought and corrupted the same as anyone else at the top of their game politicians,the police,bankers....no top organisation should be given blanket trust. Its apples and oranges though mate....pest control is necessary,breeding countless amounts of poor quality dogs is not necessary.....we can all dress it up however we see fit,personally i cant find anything good about buying a dog with the sole purpose of making money from breeding it......is it as bad as sucking dick behind Kings Cross station to make money..... no,but it shows similar weakness and indignity in my opinion. -

Whats the relevance between hunting/pest control......and puppy peddling though mate i dont get the connection ? Personally i couldnt give a shit,to me dogs are property and owners can do what they like with them.....i just think it tells a lot about a mans constitution to resort to breeding and selling puppies to get money that he cant get himself.

Not as an income no....i dont really see the reason to sell pet dogs at all to be honest......all this " well i must recoup the money i spent raising the pups so im going to charge a grand per pup "....f**k off....,dont breed dogs then !

A discovery i made by about 13.00 hours is that the Railways & Transport Safety Act drink driving limit only applies to the navigation,handling or mooring of any vessel longer than 7 metres...................i never could handle my drink so at 40 foot shorts and t shirt were the weekends attire ?

It was a pleasant few days up the River Lea im not sure i could live like it though i dont suppose winter is quite as picturesque .....but it was certainly fun for a while,from what i saw its pretty much an amphibious pub crawl ?

Sucking dick round the back of Kings Cross Station is legal and means you can buy nicer things for the family as well.....but most people have enough self respect not to do it. Peddling pups is hardly crime of the century but lets not start pretending its ok if the money is good.....there are far too many poor quality useless animals in society without adding more....to me peddling dogs is the canine version of prostitution its exploiting sex for financial gain,simple.

I spent a few days on a canal boat recently the couple who own it was telling me this is the second best summer for sightings of rare butterflies since records began.....apparently the heatwave of 1976 is what started monitoring as supposedly a heatwave always boosts numbers the following year......which would make sense after the heat we had last summer....they might of been talking bollocks for all i know but they seemed to know their shit.....interesting little creatures i took a blurry picture of a " black and orange one "....that im reliably informed is a male Brown Argus.

Jigsaw it was bugging me so i just rang a pal of mine who used to have one of them he says there are 2 blobs of silicone on each face but they are hard to get to.....a long sharp knife will do it though then just clean up the silicone thats left with a sharp blade/vinegar etc He said he had a number of small fish die due to getting stuck in the gap behind it and its a crap filter anyway.....so worth doing.

If its the one i think it is mate the plastic casing is siliconed onto the face of the glass you,ll have to remove the silicone afterwards anyway......just cut up the sides and across the bottom with a sharp blade and it,ll come out......then just remove the silicone thats left on the glass with a blade/vinegar. Dont worry the tanks not going to fall apart that silicone is only to keep the filter in place not the glass itself ?

Get some pics up when its done mate,i love seeing new tank pictures.....thats a Juwel tank if im not mistaken ?.....they have them dirty great big internal filters a lot of people cut them out to free up space and use a normal external canister filter....just an idea.

The correct way to make driftwood/bogwood safe is to bake it in an oven as this drys it right out and kills any parasites,fungus,bacteria etc that might be hiding in it....after that soak it in a bucket outside over a couple of weeks,if some algae has not built up add some brewers yeast and some live daphnia.....daphnia should happily live and breed in it but if they quickly die off then you know the wood is still leaching out something toxic in which case start again and repeat.......takes some patience but that is the correct way of doing it.

If im being truthful Stan its something ive always sat on the fence about but yes over the years ive started to come round to the way of thinking that when it comes to direct damage on an opponent there really shouldnt be any room for doubt should there.
