As has been said take it out with some bushing terriers or get it out ferreting, but the ferreting season is nearly over You seriously think a border terrier can catch a rabbit on open ground???????? Not on open ground but in bushes they can and do Yes in cover but certainly not on open ground A friend of mine had a border dog from up Jedburgh (spelling) and that was a good dog above ground bushing but it got poisoned before he could be tried to ground, I like to see a working border on

Blackknight them bitches are smart as well, my pup is a saluki look alike throw back. I normally use deer/greys so in my eyes my pup is ugly but he is a joy to own, got his retrieving and recall spot on It even sits on command

RFYL I've seen a working wolfhound once and it needed to be ran on big moors, the keeper has still got it now as I had a bullmastiff/wolfhound pup out of it, but it got too big for anything so I got it put down. It got smoked off most other crosses, so I've got a new pup on
