The asil should have square shanks before 8-9 months................looking at the top pic the stag looks to be square shanked but the pullets dont.

Thats right......but there's the above book on there now for half that and its not selling !!!! Just beware of sellers that get their mates to inflate the prices.

Good luck to anyone that can get a high price for whatever they sell. After a time things settle though......I recall Exreme Lurcherwork fetching very good money a while back, you can get a copy for around £60-£70 now though.

Sorry Rookie, only keeping duckwing or similar. Not many good cuckoo's around to be honest. You'd do better looking into Europe for some better quality cuckoos. There is a guy in East Yorks (not the guy on ebay) thats got a few together and will probably have some for sale next year. I'm sure when the times come I could put you in contact with him.

The bird may well have Malay in him, as stated his tail should be below the horizontal but thats only if he were to be shown. The length of back and the slight roach in it would point to Malay as would the strong thighs. His station isn't quite right for a Shamo but again only from a showing point of view. He should have a more vertical stance and possibly a neck more in proportion to his body.
